Lightweight. More than enough power. Screen looks beautiful except for one dead pixel spot out of the box. Not annoying enough to return, but still disappointing. Seems well built, standing up to daily use so far. Have had one touch screen freak out so far where there is phantom presses at the edge endlessly but it went away after putting it to sleep and waking it again. Overall very happy. It was very worth the price when it was on sale. Not sure if it is the best option in the price range at full price.

The computer over heated and it would not let us get pass a security password check. The computer was open box.

Excellent little laptop. Get it on sale, and you'll be extra happy. Nice vivid screen, bright enough for outdoor use. Keyboard is backlit and works well. Good trackpad that works easily and effectively. Light and compact but fast enough for work duty. Excellent battery life. Storage is upgradeable but RAM is not. Overall, a very nice compact laptop for work or school on the go.

This is a good laptop. However, be aware that it does not charge via the USB-C port. When used with a dock, this means it now needs two wires connected to it. I am using this as my personal desktop replacement laptop and using a D6000 dock to switch between this and the Mac M1 Pro issued by work. The additional charging cable makes it more cumbersome than I was hoping for.

Great Laptop great buy. The price was great. Also the warranties offeredby Best buy was a good buy. They had different warranties based on how long you need a warranty. Also Customer Service was great. I really enjoyed my shopping experience. Inwould definitely recommend Best Buy if someone is looking for a computer or other electronics.
