Great computer for great price when on sale.

It has a QLED screen that looks amazing and great specs for under 600 dollars. The battery life is a little disappointing and the 18 hours that it's marketed under is only if you run it at low battery mode all the time, but it's still a great computer overall.

Poor camera resolutions

I had to return it because the quality of the video/camera is subpar. This device was purchased with the intention for high usage of its camera (for remote learning function), thus wouldn't work for me. All other features are nice and as described. The screen is crystal clear, almost, if not rivals Apple's retina screen.

Samsung qled laptop

Sales price of $599. and the 13.3 in qled screen is why I bought it. I was not disappointed. Screen in beautiful! Only downside, sound alone is not very good, but passable, and when hdmi connected to my projector, it is very good. Also with my powered external speakers. Very satisfied.

I can’t save passwords on my kids computers. I love this computer. I use it mostly to pay bills, online purchases, watch videos. I wear headphones since the volume isn’t that great but I don’t care since I would probably use them anyways to outcast the noise around me. Ladies looking for a computer for their circut; this one works great¡

Nice but have some issue

Keyboard feels good but have some issue with the backlit, to me it is fine. The only problem is, if you want to swap your own hard drive, it wil be a painful experience. It won't support install windows using USB flash drive, So what you could do is either take out the original ssd and clone it to other ssd, or install windows on other laptop then take it out and swap it in your samsung book.

There are a couple flaws......1) The Power Button is next to the USB ports so It'll be in the way. 2) micro SD Card slot is tricky. I m not 2 months in and it needs fixed. 3) you cant open it with 1 hand. 4) There is no option for the Keyboard Backlighting to stay ON only a Photo-cell to determine night/day light. 5) The keyboard feels weird when in using as a Tablet
