I've tried many laptops in the past, but after trying this Samsung laptop I have to say this is my favorite. Everything from the 2-in-1 touch display, the lit up keyboard, the clean design, the battery life, and the fast response. I use this laptop for school work, music production, and entertainment. 100 percent recommend.

It is my second Galaxy Book Flex 2 Alpha I buy in 1 month in bestbuy. I bought this one for my daughter as a present with a slower processor vs mine which is the i7-16GB-512SSD. We have changed from Microsoft laptops to Samsung ones. Excellent quality and unbeatable price. Slim, light, fast, excellent quality and affordable

Great laptop for college student Easy access Compact

I am very happy with my new laptop especially all the newer features. My old laptop had slowly lost funtionality and was an older model. The colors are so vivid and clear on this GalaxyBook, it's amazing! It's very easy to use although there are small differences with the version 11 to learn- no problem.

Lightweight, easy with which to travel and the teenagers can use it as well.

PRetty good laptop overall. I really like the design. It looks really sleek and is really small and light. However, my main issue with the laptop is how the camera and microphone were literally disabled by default. In order to enable them I had to go into some app called Samsung Security and enable them. So if you have issues with the camera and microphone with this laptop, make sure you go to Samsung Security.

This is a great small laptop, very functional, easy to use, love the flip and fingerprint functions. I bought it so I am not tied to my desktop for everything. I used One Drive to store files so I can go back and forth Often runs low on memory when I am multi tasking. but has not forced a shut down. I usually shut down after running my functions to clean memory.

This Silver color rocks, my girlfriend is so fond of its shape, color, size, display and mirror polished edge of palm rest area. I liked the price I paid (on sale). It's performance is perfect for her everyday use and more, the QLED display has super bright option for outdoor environment.

I bought this computer for school and it’s very easy to use and I love how it’s a computer that can work as a tablet as well which is perfect for note taking. The keys are not super loud when typing and i also like how it was backlit keys for when you’re using it at night and the battery life lasts pretty much all day.

I like the computer but the fan wouldnt go off and the screen went black for a couple of hours. After talking to a Tech persin hevsaudctgat happens if you dont power down the computer regularly or travel with it in a case when not powered down. Wow. We needcto know that stuff. I paniced as I am on business with work

Lightweight - fast processing, incredible display.

I went in store to physically look at this computer before purhasing it. I mentioned the online price to the guy helping me buy the computer (who had no intelligent input about the computer itself) and he continued to charge the $849 instead of the $549 price, but I hadn't noticed it because he never spoke about price when running my card. Well then so far best buy has refused to accept my price match request due to the error on their untrained "geek squad" staff member. The computer runs smoothly, but actually cannot handle the operations that he assured me the computer would be able to when I inquired about running music recording programs. This has been my last purchase from a best buy in almost two years.

This is one of my favorites i done wonders with this machine and works excellent playing games also awsome downloads movie's music attachments awsome works superb and oled movies wow 4k movies great picture and graphics. Well built also.
