Works well and performs as it should. Nice and lightweight.

So far so good after 4 weeks. Laptop is working fine and no real issues. At night the lighted silver key board is a bit irritating as is the small shift key. Best Buy sales staff helped in selection of this lap top. I have used Samsung phones with great success and hope the laptop performs as well.

I love this little laptop... everything about it is great! Sales was excellent showing me exactly what I wanted, purchasing it was a breeze. Why go anywhere else, Best Buy is just what it's name says the BEST!

Excellent laptop, gives my daughter both the flexibilty of a laptop & a tablet. Paired with the Bamboo pen...set is all set! We are extremly happy with the performance of this PC. I highly recommend the product.

Slim, lightweight, and fast. I love this laptop. It’s been a long time since I’ve purchased a computer for myself and when this went on sale, I jumped on the opportunity. I love the fingerprint login, the QLED touchscreen that is almost edge to edge, and the ability to work as a tablet. A must buy.

I like that it has a light weight. It is adequate enough for the type of work I do: emails and searches. If you do not feel like paying for Word, you may use Apache OpenOffice for free. For videos you will need an external source. I do not use it for gaming.

I've had this laptop for about a month, I mainly use it for college and little web browsing. This laptop is so aesthetically pleasing, the folding feature is great. The processor does tend to make it lag, having over 5 tabs open will slow it down but I don't mind as I'm not doing a lot on it. If you plan to use this laptop with multiple programs you will need something faster.

Never can go wrong with a Samsung laptop. Love this one, light weight, great for personal use, emails, web surfing and social media

This has worked very well for me. The battery lif is far less than advertised, so I’m not sure how they came up with that number. I sit at a desk most of the day, so it’s fine to plug it in. This lets me use Zoom, Teams, Word, and Chrome (with many tabs open) at once, so I have what I need.

I've only had the product for a month, but it has met all expectations. It is sturdy, easy to use and set up. The only confusing part of set up was following instructions about charging fully before use. There was no way to see how charged the machine was without turning on the screen.

I was skeptical at first of the size. Needed a solid laptop that had enough horsepower to get everyday family stuff done. The screen is amazing, touch, and QLED. Wow. I could not be more happy. I went back to buy a second and the sale went off so I will wait for another to go on sale

I love this computer. The screen is bright... easy to use and navigate. I love the size and how light it is. My favorite part is that when you shut it down, close it up and put it away..... then go back to using it..... it automatically starts up when you open it.

I really am happy with this laptop. The size and performance are just what I was looking for. Battery life is impressive and I like the feature that allows you to choose to charge to 85% to improve battery life. The display is clear even outdoors.

I loved my purchase it is very sleek and modern, definitely saves a lot of space in any backpack or bag. Love the vivid picture and over all working conditions! The only thing I would say needs a little improvement is sound but aside from that great purchase.

Good product works really fast and the screen is amazing.

Outer dimensions are 8 X 12 and it is ultra thin. This little notebook feels solid and the quality of the screen is outstanding. Good battery life and keyboard is fair to good. I have zero complaints after 2 weeks of use. Nothing could beat this when it was on sale for $699.
