Easy to setup. Easy to use. However, five weeks after having this laptop it died on me. Was working on some documents and it just turned off and never turned on again. The replacement one seems to be working just fine.

Had a couple bumps at first with trackpad and keyboard not working. Took it in to geek squad and they got it going for me.. just a couple updates i had to finish installing . No issues since then. Use it weekly and everything works great. Happy with product and price.

I was looking for something small to replace an aging laptop. Originally went in to look at a Microsoft Surface. Walking around and looking at other options I saw this. A little larger screen and much more vivid than the Surface. It didn't take long to decide on this one.

I haven’t really used the computer yet but I did set it up. Very easy to setup, super vibrant colors, and soft keypad which I love. I can’t wait to use Cricut app with this computer.

This laptop runs great, smooth, no problems, amazing for schoolwork, I use it every day to get online classes done. I wish it did come as a USB-C charger, but it's still a solid laptop.

It is an excellent little computer and is quite versatile. I use it mostly for graduate school but it also is good for games and other things. The only 2 drawbacks that I have run into is it is very hard to find a stylus pen to use with it and the battery does not last as long as advertised. I am still looking.

We purchased a samsung laptop for my husband. We were really disappointed that there werent any specials even though they had been advertising yhem on tv and email. It turned out anything that was on sale was not at our store that is 1 hr 20 minutes away. However he is very satisfied with the laptop, it just cost more than we had prepared for

I needed a laptop with the versatilely of a tablet. This fit my needs exactly. The Samsung Galaxy Book Flex2 was just what I was looking for, and more! The display is amazing.

This notebook has a great display, excellent battery life, and provides everything I need for daily use at home. I grew tired of the limitations of a Chromebook and wanted a Windows 11 notebook, and the The Samsung Flex2 Alpha fit the bill.

Works great but you'll need to replace the wifi drive or else it will forget you have wifi all the time. Also buy a Microsoft surface pen with battery or usb charging. Nothing else works as good.

Needed a laptop in a pinch for standard home/office use. Have been using it for about a month and have been very pleased with the performance. Also really like the thin, sleek design for portability.

Does NOT have pen support, was told it DID. Didnt need it for 2 weeks after i bought it, told be i had 3 months to return because of Covid stuff going on. Went to use it when i finally needed it when my class started and tthen found out it did NOT have pen support after i wasted money buying one. Went to return it only to be told i only had 15 days to return it which was NOT was i was told because if that was the case i wouldnt have bought it. so now i have a laptop that i have zero use for because i needed it for design classes and ive probably used it less that 8 times in 6 months. Decent laptop, poor service. There IS a model that is pen supported and comes WITH a pen but is not sold in US, apparently best buy employees are able to sell us products that are not even sold to us in this country... cool. wasted my money and time.

Came to the store with my friend somebody helped us out right away she was great very knowledgeable me and my friend bought two laptops the girl helped us out with everything then the geek squad set up our computers and it was great Thank you guys for everything

Magnificent gift that I could give my daughter this Christmas thanks to this beautiful Samsung Laptop. Tremendous resolution, good RAM, very good hard drive capacity, beautiful, small and handy design. My daughter is delighted with the gift.

I really love it, the size is perfect for traveling, the screen si awesome. The only thing I don't like is that it gets too hot sometimes, I think this problem si because of Windows 11. Aside that the labtop si perfect. Higly recomend.

Flexible and easy to use. My daughters needed a dual touch screen laptop and this fit the bill. The camera has lower pixel quality so you may want to get an HD attachment but otherwise it functioning great. Enough memory for games and videos and school work

I love the sleek laptop. The display is crisp. I am not excited about the battery life. While reviewing I saw 14 hours. My laptop only has 4 hours. I am not sure if the computer battery is messed up. I've only used it about 7 times.
