Great little Ultrabook for my wife to use for college. It is nice that it is light and easy to carry as well as a long enough battery life to get through the day. The screen is bright and looks great. The price makes this device a great deal.

It's fast with going to different sites as well as the loading process. The only reason I've given this laptop four stars is because it's a little tricky getting used to the different browsers. Other than that, this is a really good laptop.

Great little computer, it's fast, reliable, nice keyboard layout, no problems whatsoever so far after almost one year of using it. Highly recommended for office work or personal usage.

Things to note: This thing is HEAVY. Uses older style charger, usb c is not thunderbolt, for a QLED, it’s OK. Was not amazed. Very portable. The charger is also VERY delicate when plugging it into laptop. After all updates battery was down to 60%. Overall do recommend, but don’t expect much.

This computer has a nice feel. I love everything about it. Works great for our needs and was a great value after researching all other computers in its class

Excellent Laptop purchased as an open box excellent option. Laptop looked like brand new! The battery life isn’t as good as I thought it would be, but overall, I’m very happy with it so far.

Good device. Very sleek and fast. Memory card slot stopped holding card recently. Battery life is good even if you're on it consistently. I enjoy the tablet display a lot and it's responsive with my pen that I purchased. It is silly that the spen doesn't work with it though.

Absolutely fantastic computer, has a fast connection and very functional keyboard. It even has a quick button to connect and tge keyboard lights up at night

It’s a beautiful machine. Lightweight, beautiful touch screen! Plenty of ports… the only downfall is the old fashioned charger. It’s bulky, and a long wire. They should have done USB-C charging and it would have been a perfect laptop. But anyway the price was a great deal $560

Love my Samsung Flex 2 alpha laptop. it's slim and light weight where you can actually use the tablet mode with comfort also like the fact the keyboard has back lighting. Was easy to set up and came with Windows 11

Very beautiful and powerful laptop. I got this on sale and very happy with the purchase. Just about 3 weeks of usage now, and can’t say much about it but I’m still loving it. Will follow up with another detail review soon.

I wish this laptop had a charging light to let you know when the computer is fully charged. The battery does not last close to the 18 or so hours that is listed, and this is while only doing light web browsing and checking e-mail - not playing games. I do have the brightness of the screen set on the higher side, but when turned lower, it is hard to see the screen clearly. The shift button on the right side of the keyboard is half the size of a usual keyboard due to Samsung putting in a fingerprint reader key there which I have not used. Also, the backlight is ambient sensored, and you can not activate it on your own.

Bought it for my son that started college. He likes it, easy to set up and use, great screen on it. My wife also uses it with no complaints. This our first Samsung laptop and most likely more to follow.

This is a very light weight, reliable laptop with a great battery life. The screen has incredible color and a very responsive touch screen. I wanted something that was easy to take everywhere.

First one was damaged it would not connect to wifi and geek squad said it was actually missing the capability and couldn't be repaired. Best Buy immediately sent a new computer and it does everything it is supposed to do
