Dual usage tablet and laptop... I like the size and the fingerprint security. Its not the fastest processor out there but i use it for mostly browsing, emails, documents, and streaming.

This is a well made laptop. Lots of bells and whistles under the hood. The QLED screen is clear and the colors are vivid. Lots of hard drive space as well.

So far so good. Still observing performance. I have a note phone. If i can get the dex function to work that might be something I'd use occasionally? Bought a separate pen/stylus, seems to work well.

Great laptop with more memory. Its a little heavy. Perfectly wide screen. Battery lasting longer. Keyboard is great. Excellent for all requirements.

I really like this notebook. The display is fantastic. The battery life is not nearly as good as advertised even with dimming the display. It's not macbook but it's half the price so....

I purchased this laptop for my teenage son; so far so good; just a black screen once but after a restart everything has worked with no problems.

This is my 2nd Samsung laptop purchase. I really like the brand, the ease of use, the vivid color, and its light, sleek appearance. So far, so good.

It is a nice neat computer and easy to carry around with a nice display. The problem is that I could not set to use the entire screen with a large black bottom part. The silver keys is really hard to read the letter on them, in particular under light with the reflection. For an experience typest, it is not problem since they don't look at the key board. But I have to look at the key board and give me a lot of trouble to find the key. It is only a few months old, the computer already start to get slow to start in comparison to other computers.

Not the most powerful laptop. But for basic word processing, web browsing and making digital art, it does the trick. May not be worth full price, so try to catch it on sale!

I love Samsung and from cellphone to home appliances. But this notebook was alright but didn't fulfill my expectations. So, I had to return it.

Easy to setup right out of the box. Began using within 15 minutes of opening the package. Great computer for home, school, or office!

Fast and reliable. Sometimes I close the open windows by touching the screen ,but there is option to restore them.

This laptop is all i imagined and more! Samsung really made this 2 in 1 with Engineers on deck! 8gb of ram and was FLYING, i can't imagine 16gb!!!

Really a great machine, super smooth, ultra fast bootup time, and i m able to run muktiple applications with bo lag at all.

Super thin, light, fast, and has a gorgeous screen. The 11th gen Core i5, 8gb RAM, and 256gb SSD make for a perfect mid range computer.

I didn't need all the bells and whistles but this one has plenty. I use it for work and pleasure. Light weight, multi-functional and easy to use!
