    Laptop is great. Battery doesn't hold 17 hours. 10 hours with light use (watching movies, internet surfing).

    So far, it works great! I do wish it had a disk drive & a larger screen. Also, for the price, it should have included spyware, like Webroot.

    The Samsung itself is a OK piece of machinery the battery downs go down really really fast and then the chargers break off into them. I have a worse review for best buy because after the charger broke off onto the computer I went to best buy to get another one bevuz I've the protection plan that covers at damage or anything for it. Well best buy don't have a career for it the parts company fit have a charger for it adi I'm up set
