Not bad for the price I paid, got it on sale. But it has some sensitivity issues on the touch screen part, and lags a lot. I know it's not the most insane processor, but I felt like it should be better than it is.

Its nice, but shortly after having this laptop the touchpad stopped working and ive had problems with the touch screen as we. Everything it update. Ive barely used it at all. Theres even a outward dent on the touchpad. It gets pretty hot in short time.

Do your research before settling on this laptop. It's lightweight, fast and the light up keyboard is a sweet touch. The charging port is not sturdy. The prong to the charger is cheaply made and can easily bend/snap. My prong came totally loose within 3 weeks of purchase and it was not easy getting a replacement even with the protection plan.

Terrible product, overheats and does not hold a charge. Samsung was very difficult to work with, and after 6 months of calling for service, i finally had a resolution. Spend your money on something OTHER than a samsung product

I purchased this item for my business. Everything was fine until I tried to do a ZOOM meeting. My camera and microphone did not work.

Broke during my international trip just 2 months after purchase. Never buy again

It's okay just a little sensitive for me. Have trouble mirroring to the tv but that is a windows problem.

Purchased this on black friday 2021. Noticed less than 30 days of use that something wasn't working right. Had some trouble staying connected to wifi/not connecting to wifi. It got to the point where I couldn't connect to wifi less than 60 days in. Return period had ended, contacted Samsung support and sent them pictures of my device manager. The exact words from the Samsung rep were "We have to reset the laptop to its factory settings and the laptop needs to be serviced for our technician to install it." --"It" being the wifi driver!! Without it, computer wouldn't connect to wifi networks properly. Basically, I bought a brand new laptop that didn't come with all of the right parts!! I had to pay to ship it to the Samsung service center. I was out of a laptop while it was getting fixed. If you buy this laptop, make sure it ACTUALLY comes with everything it needs on it.

Wife bought this for work and school. She loves the slim size, weight and screen size. No issues at all. Great product.

Mine didnt evwn work for an entire year...complete junk.waste of money.

Didn’t even have it for 2 weeks and the touch screen stopped working and the screen bows when you go to move it causing them to pinch. When we went to bring it back it was asked if this was the one that had just come in previously for the same issue. There is certainly an issue that needs to be fixed.

Having trouble getting mated with my printer. The screen takes off scrolling for no reason. Screen too small.

Discovered recording malfunction past the return period. Am stuck with a faulty product.

I don't like I cannot use the writing or anything that has to do with writing stories.

Lost internet after two weeks, had to be sent for repair, network adapter gone or something of the sort, could not be fixed except for shipping to a service center. A huge disappointment although Best Buy fixed/shipped it very quickly. Otherwise exceptionally neat, light, funky, and cool device. Really top-notch.

It is very slow for the i5, need more upgradable slot for memory and storage
