Great notebook, do wish the sales person would have mentioned the stylus pen

Just too small and lacks necessary HD space for required apps.

Curser is hard to control as it's not precise, the keyboard is subpar and doesn't have a good feel when typing, the laptop slides too easily as the rubber stops are not sufficient. Screen resolution is very good. A stylus pen should also be tucked inside.

The store (outlet) I bought it from sold me wihout the power cord. I asked the store salespeople (2 of them) to test it out, as it wouldn't power on. They told me they "don't have the way to check it" and there was no other power cord in the entire store for me to buy one (unbelievable!) I took it home, tested it with my other laptop's charger, but it wouldn't turnn on, so sadly the item was returned. The laptop has good specs on a paper, but if it doen't work, it's worthless. In conclusion, if you buy used/opened item, insist on yourself/store to check it out while in a store or resist buying one.

Upon the initial setup the computer froze and I had to do a hard restart. After getting it setup and using a web browser for 30 minutes it froze again: hard restart again. Tried doing all available updates and used it again the next day, more freezing. Took it to BestBuy after 3 days of ownership and returned it. The geek squad tried doing a factory reset to remove any of my information, the computer failed to factory reset. Geek Squad said that almost never happens and the processor must really have issues. Would not recommend buying a samsung laptop.

Great when it worked. Less than 2 weeks new and something in it burned with a puff of smoke coming from the charging port on the laptop. I should be getting either a new and/or fixed laptop from Samsung.

I bought this computer as a open box item. The condition was fair but it day say everything was in working order. I got the computer and it looked great everything was awsome till i found out the mouse track pad didnt work and there was nothing they could do about it. Took it to geek squad and they blamed it on windows. Offer was to return it nothing elea no replacement item or anything bummer

My recent purchase of this laptop was unsatisfactory mainly due that it will be at end of life in a few years. The sales person provided false information about this product and I was in a rush. The return process was initiated within 24hrs with Best Buy and it was a nightmare. It took my wife 3 hours and to date she still have not recieved her full refund due to the coverage purchaed for technical support. I also used reward points and won't waste my time attempting to get them back.

Returned after a week. Felt flimsy and cheap, especially when folded back into the tablet position.

This laptop is lightweight but fast. Love that the keyboard lights up at night. Has made my life so much easier. Great price and no issues for over 2 plus years!!

We loved Samsung products but this really didn't work out he came damaged and needed to return but it was not as good as the Lenovo Yoga.

The computer works but certain features like screen brightness and volume keys dont work. I want to return it.

This lap top has not been good. It constantly has trouble displaying images.

For $599 it definitely does not work that great, in my opinion

Screen is exquisite when it's on which is 5 hours. I need an all day battery. Very disappointing.

Terrible, I ordered open box satisfactory. Drove 40 min to a store and picked it up and the pc did not work and would not turn on. I returned, but BB shouldn't sell open box pc that don't work!!

Broke just outside my return window. Worked good for 4 weeks glitched out and hasn't came back on since. Flashes blue lights and monitor fails to come on. Reason they are always on sale be wary.

for the price its not worth it was talked out of an hp laptop as the sales person was pushing this notebook. only positive is that its very light weight but for $600 screen size is extremely small

Great for two weeks. Quit with in a month. Would not boot. replaced with similar HP.

Hard to manage I have a dell laptop brought in 2012 and it easier to browse to it had to return it. Also an apple fan so got an Mac instead
