Love this great vivid screen fast and it’s light weigh. Very good build quality and touchscreen.

We have had to take this computer in twice already as the mouse doesn’t appear in the screen

I really like this laptop. I got it for editing photography. I really enjoy the control I can have by turning it into a tablet and using my stylus/pen to do skin edits. It is very lightweight and versatile.

It stoped working a month after i purchase it......

This laptop has lasted me 4.5 years of college, and the ram is fast enough to play games like Skyrim, Baldyr's Gate 3, and Sims 4 (did need to get an external storage drive). Only problem I've had is that occasionally the laptop will turn off on its own, or the screen will turn completely green and have a QR code.

I bought this laptop about a month and a half ago. I gotta say I am completely impressed. I've owned and used all sorts of laptops over the years as I worked in IT. I NEVER came across a Samsung. This little device is a wonder! It boots in seconds and shuts down just as fast. Love the solid state drive as well and the fingerprint reader for signing in... One less password to remember. ;) The display is absolutely out of this world. It may be a bit on the small side, but the brightness is perfect and the colors are as well. Touchscreen is wonderful! It's a REAL touchscreen too! This is more than just a gadget that I thought I was purchasing. I am extremely glad that I bought it. Thank you Samsung and thank you Best Buy for the awesome price!

Works great. Nice computer does everything I ask of it. Starts very quick and the touch screen is responsive.

I got a pretty good deal on the windows 10 version. This bad boy has become my main device replacing. Great screen, light and packable, and I think what is really understated it's not terrible at gaming. Running diablo 3 at decent settings. Great if you need something on the go and don't want an tablet. It does that too.

Purchased on Deal of the Day, Everyday use laptop and build quality excellent, screen excellent. Only problem is Thunderbolt port missing.

I've loved this computer so far. I love the feel and the speed and the visuals. This laptop seems to be able to keep up with my daily work and entertainment. I just suggest buying a separate memory box due to the low amount of memory it holds and it would be nice if they could fix the touch action on the screen and the mouse pad. The fingertip doesn't seem to do as well as a digital pen or stylus. Other than that it served me well and I'm happy with my purchase.

Beware that this will not charge via USB C, you can only charge with provided power cord and brick. Sure you can get more for about $23 each to have more. other than that It is a great device, a bit bad on the battery about 4 hours with the display low.
