Has lots of positives to mention with hardly a negative. Great value with a discounted price for the spec. Great screen and beautiful picture quality with excellent viewing angles. Excellent built. Very light. Touchscreen works very well. 2:1 Laptop to tablet switch, with 13.3 inch size is just a great option to have. The only a bit disappointing issue is that the battery drains much quicker than it is claimed. Maybe is because of the high quality of screen and its great brightness and resolution. Overall it is a beautiful well-built 2 in 1 laptop-tablet with lots of goodies for a great discounted price.

The capability of the machine is great and the screen is excellent. I had bought it for work and it is the perfect size screen and keyboard for my work. The case seems to travel well and is durable. I also find myself going to it at home for the convenience factor while I am active. Overall it is an excellent system and very functional.

The laptop is beautifully designed. I don't care for the grey keys, but I can deal with it. If you decide to purchase this laptop, be sure to purchase stoppers for the bottom. It slides when it is on a smooth surface. I used four flat furniture stoppers and that did the job. The setup was quick and easy. I was able to get about four hours off one battery charge. It is advertised around 18.5 hours, but I think you could only get that type of battery life if it was sitting idle or in sleep mode. The display is bright. At the maximum setting, it is too bright. The quality of the display is top notch.

Great laptop for school and getting work done. Not the highest specs out there but will work just fine.

The laptop works fine; however, the downside is that the fingerprint sensor seems to lose functionality after certain updates or just by itself. It doesn't affect the performance, but it definitely is upsetting, since it happens to almost everyone according to the reviews.

The color is nice. Very fast and convenient to turn on and off. The touch screen is nice and sensitive to touch. Light weight. Battery life is good. Display color is sharp.

We bought two of these laptops and have no complaints as of yet! Easy to use and get the simple tasks done. We are looking to purchase another one.

Had laptop for about a year now. This laptop can do lot of cool stuff and looks really sleek. One of my favorites is flipping the screen and using it as a tablet. Also I frequently use it in an outside setting and screen always performs

Had great guts but disappoints on keyboard - very tough to see in variety of lights so programs stop before all numerals entered etc, So slippery that near impossible to hold on lap - constantly sliding so grabbing as it slides toward floor causes inadvertent pressing of keys on edges! I expected better by Samsung buy cannot recommend it! Who'ld guess my old expiring Surface Pro would spoil me..cost little more but extremely light, doesn't slide and detachable keyboard clear n easy to read!

Bought it in December 2021, it worked well though I barely used it, probablly less than 100 hours in 3 years. Battery set to be smartly charged to 85%. Battery expired suddenly yesterday with no prior notice. My 10+ years old Dell P57G laptop still hold battery capacity to run 1 to 2 hours.

Great little laptop It does the basics very well, even play 4K videos smooth enough thanks to that Iris graphics. One thing you should be aware of buying a laptop nowadays, is that a cheap laptop usually comes woyh UHD graphics (previous generation). This one came with the new iris Xe. Much better, I think almost twice the performance of the old UHD. Oh, the screen is better than any dell pc at this price range. How did they do this? Well, it’s Samsung.

It's been almost 3 years and this laptop is still running strong. For a student its been super reliable and hasn't let me down yet.

This is an excellent laptop! I really love the graphics, it's got a clear picture for watching movies and playing games, but also a great camera for my Zoom calls.

We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend to anyone. I am actually buying it again for my second son who will be starting his Freshman year in August.

Overall this is a super impressive machine for the price and punches well above it's weight. Build quality is very good with reasonably high quality materials and a solid feel without much flex. Keyboard feels great to type on with the exception of the shortened right shift key which is annoying and takes some getting used to. This leads into the fingerprint sensor which works fine but is in a bizarre location, one of the main flaws of this machine. Trackpad is fine once it's used a bit. Screen is an absolute standout here, one of the better ones I've used recently and easily of the quality I'd expect to see in a laptop priced much higher. Performance is fine, exactly what you would expect and works fine for web browsing and content consumption. I'd probably suggest most people go the tier higher with 16GB RAM though, but if you know 8 is going to be fine for your use case this will work fine. Battery life on this is exceptional, I've been very surprised by how long it lasts going easily a full day of use between charges. This leads to the main flaw here which is no USB-C charging which is borderline a deal breaker on a machine of this class. Having to carry an extra, non-standard charger is super frustrating and a problem most laptops in this range do not have. I'd still recommend because everything else about the package is really fantastic, but the lack of USB-C charging keeps it from a top rating.
