Good, reliable laptop. The size is great, not too big or small.

This is actually my second purchase of this laptop. I had my first one for about 9 months before coffee was spilled on the keyboard and then it had some glitches and sticky keys.

great speed. Only pitfall is that its a bit smaller than the average laptop so frequently adjusting the screen to be able to work effectively

I typically use my laptops until they die so was way behind technology was. When my old one died I found the new vision was laptops with little memory, assuming everyone wants all their files on the cloud. I went ahead and bought an external hard drive. For whatever reason I'm impressed with the speed and how quietly it operates. I obviously got an open box that had been barely used because it was in great shape and mint condition. Very happy with my new laptop.

This little power house laptop is great. It's fast and feel like a premium laptop. But the real highlight is the display. Its amazingly clear and the colors are vibrant. Bought it on sale for $549 should have bought 3 for the entire family. Battery life not great but hey its a slim 13 inchr. Keys also feels great to the touch and fingerprint reader works flawless. You really should get this little guy you won't regret it.

Love is laptop I’ve bought 3 for my kids and might get on for myself next. Screen is perfect and the battery last all week if used little.

I love that is a touch screen, lightweight and the screen flips. The colors come through beautiful on the screen. The keys light up!

This laptop is light and fast. I love the bright screen and biometric security access. The touch screen and tablet mode is nice also.

I needed a laptop for work and ended up with two versions of these with a qled and hd. Luckly bestbuy had both on display and went with the qled with smaller 13” against the 15” hd. The quality of screen was a big difference. Moving from mac to windows was not bad with the new windows 11, with the specs the laptop does what i intended to use it for while being fast paced.

I'm really enjoying this laptop! It's lightweight and still feels sturdy. I'm still learning all of the features, but what i have learned so far, I love. The screen is really bright for during the day and is also able to appropriately dim for dark rooms. I like the backlit keyboard. When flipping the laptop into tablet mode, it feels sturdy at the hinges. Overall, this was a great choice!

I love it! It is great for school work and teacher stuff.

The associate who helped me was very knowledgeable and led me to the right computer. I was getting it as a gift for my wife.

The laptop looks great in silver, and is responsive with an excellent screen. Sound is ok. Battery life is great. My only fault is the silver case seems to scratch easily and the edges become visibly flawed.

Have had this for a little over a year now and it has been work horse and has not let us down when we need to get anything done.

I bought this for myself and use it all the time it is a great laptop I never have issues with it.

It has worked well until now, it has been appropriate for my daily use as a student, I don't use so many programs but just basic apps

i got my as an open box unit for only $376, fortunately my unit does not have any noticeable visible sign of usage, this is a very light and slim laptop, very easy to carry around, and only need a very small space to fit into backpack or any bag, speed is fairly good, only downside about the laptop is quite hot, not ideal to place directly on the lap, especially bare lap, it is bearable with a jean.
