I got a smart pen and my daughter have been drawing a lot in Microsoft Paint since this laptop is touchscreen. I'm using the Free Microsoft Family app and that allows me to have control over screen time and othe good parental control filters. I think you will like this laptop.

I been using a desktop and still do. It is light, very user friendly and touch screen. The battery charges up fairly quickly. I am used it for online classes this summer and was easy to use. I also taught summer school and it was easy to hook up to a projector and play videos, has white boards functions that you can make to project. I haven't used all the features but what I have used it easy to figure out.

Other than that this piece is awesome

I have always had company provided HP laptops and, now that i have retired, this is the first one I had to buy myself . My only minor complaints would be the keyboard does not really light up clearly.. but not that necessary AND i thought it would be easy to synch my outlook functionality with my samsung phone. Did not realize that is a function of outlook imap vs pop3 and not the fact that it they are both samsung
