Laptop is rather speedy compared to my previous laptop. I love how quickly it gets started when you need to get into something quickly. I've only used it for a couple months, but it has been very reliable so far. My only concern is that with how lightweight it is, I'm a little scared I might break it. No signs of wear and tear so far, but I am very careful when transporting it to and from work, school, and home.

I bought this laptop to replace an aging 27" pc all-in-one. I am an aging user and find difficulty in adjusting is more than the size differences but the number of interferences from the internet and the search engines that are insistent that I must do my work differently and use unfamiliar pathways. This laptop serves me well so far ... I have modest needs for using this lightweight and easily transportable device and will continue to learn it's requirements. Three weeks ownership is not enough experience with it to say more.

Samsung laptops are selling out quickly it's very hard to find Flex2's in stock anywhere, and for good reason. The QLED screen is a standout feature you don't find in many laptops especially at this price point. Recent laptop reliability rating have put Samsung towards the top in reliability so that fed into my decision to go with a Samsung and i'm not disappointed. The laptop has a high quality feel and look to it. The i5 CPU has plenty of power for day-to-day tasks and I haven't found any issues with performance, lockups, etc. It came pre-installed with Windows 11 which was nice I didn't have to go through the upgrade process. As many have pointed out the only slight negative is the keyboard lettering can be hard to read, but as a bonus at least the keyboard lights up (another bonus feature many laptops don't have). So in darker settings it's actually better. Overall you just can't go wrong with this laptop, there are no competing laptops like the Lenovo Yoga that is any better.

Excellent, fast and so far reliable. I like this laptop and same time touch screen.

I bought this for my business and my employee loves it. Fired it up for the first time in a presentation and the touchscreen immediately paid off. SSD provides immediate boot and used EDGES highlights on a .pdf file and took people right through a set of documents. Screen is understandably small but with a monitor it is just outstanding.
