    Great Laptop

Great laptop. It starts up quickly, display is great, it is more than fast enough for what I need, and so far the battery life has been at or a little better than stated in the literature. I am still figuring out the integration with my Samsung phone and tablet, so I cannot comment on that yet. I have, on two occasions, run into an issue where after waking it from sleep, clicking on certain menu options in apps (such as create new file, minimize, window, etc.) would not do anything, almost like it was locking up, but it wasn't. Rebooting fixed it. Because it boots so quickly, I may just shut it down when not in use as opposed to putting it to sleep if the problem persists.

I was skeptical at first based on some of the reviews. I ended up purchasing this as an open-box. I am happy to say I have not regretted this purchase. It was been 2 months and no issues here. The battery is good enough to get me through my work day. I use Zoom for conferencing, YouTube, and Outlook. I love the size and do not mind the "plasticky" feel. The trackpad is okay but I use a wireless mouse. The keys were easy to get used to. I do not like the tablet mode, but do find it convenient sometimes to touch the screen. This computer is quite fast for my needs and has not shown as signs of underperforming. I would definitely recommend if you're on a budget.

This thing is an okay laptop for what I needed it for. I had initially bought it a few years back for school as my ancient dell latitude was so bulky that I developed a hunched back even without my backpack on. It's able to handle adobe software and was even good for video editing and some light gaming. My biggest complaint is that it dumps out *so* much heat that I struggle to call it a laptop. Anything more than basic web browsing and the fan goes full tilt. Charging somehow makes it even louder. I told the sales guy that helped me that I wasn't a fan of the noisy fan (no pun intended) and he was simply like "That's just what fans do." My 10+ year old dell machine had quieter cooling than that and the fan was half the size. I'd only recommend it if they could fix the cooling. As much as I hate to say it, I can see why people flock to macbooks.

Perfect size laptop. Super fast. Really light weight. Plenty of memory. This is my second Samsung (last one lasted 9 years!). So far, very happy with this one!

A year later still working as day one. Uninstalled a lot of bloatware from Samsung battery is still getting fully charged and the screen is still crisp with no dead pixels.

Loved this laptop and how versatile and fast it was. It was so portable, light, and sleek. One of the best 2-in-1s. Sadly it passed away when my dog knocked my coffee onto it.

After 1 year this laptop is FAR better than the other two Dell laptops I bought my daughters. It has great performance, battery life, and no bugs to speak of. I highly suggest this laptop.

I mainly use this for school and other hobbies. It's the best laptop I've had so far. Small, foldable, and really fast (even with multiple windows and tabs open). It's great for taking it to school and back and has a really neat finger print scanner. Although I won't count this against the rating as it's primarily a new feature - the finger print scanner doesn't work a lot of the time. Easy to setup but eventually doesn't work after a week or 2 from my experience.

I got this to replace my Asus that was slowly dying. I'm loving it so far, although it's not perfect. It's fast and has tons of storage. The screen is incredibly bright and clear. I downloaded the Bing images background to get a new beautiful photo wallpaper every day, and the images look amazing on this screen. The keyboard feels and sounds nice. I love having the fingerprint scanner and the very responsive touch screen. The color "mystic black" is also really nice, with almost a slight blueish tint to it. Startup is really fast, and most applications open fast as well. There are only a few things I don't love about it, and none of them are too bad. The fan can get a bit loud, but that may be because my old laptop didn't have a fan, so maybe I'm just not used to the sound yet. Because the screen is so high resolution, some applications (e.g. Documents) have very small font, in the places on the application that you can't change the font size on. I've tried every setting I can find to zoom in, but the font is still just tiny. Also it sometimes crashes a game I like to play through steam. I don't think it's a really intensive game for the computer to run, so I'm not sure why it sometimes crashes. Lastly, the material of the cover means that you can see fingerprints and smears show up where you've touched it. I consider all the cons of this laptop to be pretty minor, so overall I'm still happy with it.

Honestly a pretty solid laptop for the price point that I got it at (roughly $750 with discounts). The processor and storage are pretty good. I'm not gonna list all the tech specs because I'm sure somebody else has, instead I'll list what I found good or bad from a few weeks of use. Pros: • Battery Life • Full Metal Chassis • Lightweight • Decent I/O Cons: • The speakers are garbage and the placement of them underneath the laptop don't help one bit. They're practically muted all the time they're not in a V shape. • Absurd Screen Wobble • So. Much. Bloatware. • Drawbacks of an Intel Iris Xe (not the most powerful)

Love it. Easy to use, sleek in appearance, more compact than my last laptop and much easier to travel with daily. Love the touch screen, use it way more often than i thought i would. Great for work that requires creating documents, researching and typing thorough, written documentation. Wish I had this back in college. Taking time to acclimate to a smaller keyboard but that's only a personal problem.

Great laptop. Very small and thin and feels sturdy. The AMOLED screen is nice and bright. Key strokes are short but responsive. Be patient and expect the fans to run for a little while when you first start it up. There will be a lot of windows and Samsung updates. After a few restarts, this thing will run smooth as butter. Ended up getting the 15in PRO 360 version due to screen size preference.
