I enjoy the ease of use for this laptop. However, it has not been accepting my finger to open it, and has remained basically inoperable for 3 days. I’ll be contacting Geek Squad.

I purchased this laptop as part of the bestbuy black friday sale in 2021. I loved the design and how thin it was. I wanted the capabilities of using the 360 feature and the s pen because i would be using this laptop for acidemic purposes as well as drawing. I also downloaded windows 11 on it which is great. It worked great for the first week or so but then the screen started to glitch. I tried looking on forums and there are a lot of people out there with the same issue and samsung doesnt seem to have a fix for it. I thought maybe it was just to one computer i got so i exchanged it for a new one and immediately it started having the same issues. Im returning and getting a different computer.

Laptop is thin and really light weight which is great because my backpack is already heavy. Comes with charger and pen and has a light up keyboard. Since I have a previous version of the galaxy book I was able to transfer all my information on to the new one within seconds.

I am in love with my new Galaxy Book Pro 360! It is very versatile, and I can even run some heavy programs like a video-editing program. Its pencil is by far the best too! The only downside would be lack of official accessories. But, there still are some alternatives.

I really enjoy using my Samsung Book Pro. The screen resolution is great and much better than my old computer. I am glad I made the switch and upgraded my computer. Battery life is a little less than expected but I can live with it.

So good I purchased a second one - reliable device and slim profile makes transporting it to work very easy. Recommend buying multiple chargers so that you do not need to transport that everywhere.

I'm in love with this computer but I do have a few issues. 1) It's no where to store the pen. 2) The screen is very sensitive.

This is a great device. It is super light, comes with a stylus pen which is a joy to use. I bought mines open box for around 850. Definitely a great deal and worth the money. Stylus pen works with other samsung devices.

Wish it had regular usb. Have to use usb c to usb plug to use my printers. It would be better if pc display also had a reader option to dim screen!
