    Great overall when it worked. 1 year later and it wont turn on. Only used maybe 15hrs total. Taxes, and emails from my kids teacher.

    I recently bought this laptop 2 months ago. One day, everything was doing fine. Suddenly, the screen just cracked by itself. I contacted Bestbuy. I dont do replacememt. They said they only send it to manufacturer and it will charge about $1000. That is just ridiculous. I went home and search online hoping to find a new screen, no luck. Samsung support take forever to get in touch. Hope you find this review helpful.

    Have not had a computer in years Pc’s still suck Should have went with an Apple Hate that after paying so much you still have to pay for so many things afterwards. This is why us poor people can’t afford to have things We can’t afford monthly subscriptions to the stuff we need to use This goes for many things in life Computers, apps, health equipment, etc.

    The computer is great but I received the item with a scratch (its supposed to a open box excellent condition) and its missing the pen.

    I purchased this PC for my wife on July 5, 2022. While my wife is not particularly computer literate, I was assured by the sales person that the Geek Squad could set it up and teach her how to use it. Our daughter, who teaches science and computer technology in California was visiting us in the Springs at this time and volunteered to teach her mother how to use it. While she started to, she never had time to finish before returning home to San Francisco. The PC has not been used since (so in sum, NOT at all!). It was our intention to have my wife receive training from The Geek Squad @ BestBuy, but she has been bed-ridden with intestinal problems, and now the return period has expired. I gave her my old iPAD and she’s been absolutely delighted with it. This PC is far too complicated for either of us to use, and we both deeply regret its purchase. My wife will be 78 this Sunday (August 21), and I will be 82 next month, in September. I should have bought her an iPad instead! We’re out over $725 which we can I’ll afford,
