My configuration was this samsung + windows 11. It would not launch chrome without the entire screen turning colors and flashing multiple times. Maybe it was the video driver, maybe win 11, maybe the samsung hardware, or maybe chrome. I don't know but since there was no online support, I returned the device. Buyer beware. Too bad because the device felt great with a beautiful screen and a nice keyboard.

This laptop overheats, freezes, and restarts many times a day. Their outsourced repair center will just send the laptop back to you and say it has no issues. The warranty is only one year. Do not buy.

Fast and light weight, although the screen glass cracked just from opening it up. It has been sent to Samsung, waiting to find out if they will cover it under warranty. Do your research, many have posted about cracked screens and Samsung has charged them $400 for the repair. I did go to Best Buy about it and they wanted nothing to do with it.

No HDMI port.... Which I needed. Ended up returning for a different laptop.

User-ability if excellent. It's the laptop version of the phone. Gave 2 stars bc bloat-ware everywhere; can't delete most apps only minimize the collection of data. Dell has safer laptops.

Screen cracked from one side to the other on first day of use Best Buy offered no resolution so I have a new computer with a cracked screen.

A dud. Left speaker crackly. Upon first start up it said it was repairing the hard drive! Noisy fan and runs hot. Was shipped in a box with a couple of blow up pads which did not protect the unit. Terrible battery life! t

The camera does not work. The rest of laptop features are fine

Unfortunately, this computer was not good for me. I bought it for online classes and it would not work well on zoom. the video would freeze most of the time. I thought it was the internet but then I connected to my other computer it worked fine.

I too purchased this open box and am extremely, extremely happy. Totally would have bought this new but it worked out that there was an open box. What I like about this laptop is that it is rare. You can open it with one hand and the fingerprint reader jump to OS time is instantaneous now with Win 11. This is super thin, a superb laptop at this price point compared to the HP Spectre which I also considered but is $2800 however with a 4k screen. This screen is 1920x1080 and for a 13.5" display it is perfect at this res. It could use a magnetic charging connection and the S-Pen would be better suited to fit in the unit itself bit this is such a crispy clean display and form open and closed that I can overlook that. You will not get 21hrs battery life as those tests were with the Wi-Fi off, backlit keyboard off, no network connection straight video playback and screen at max nothing lese running. You will get 8 though which is way better than my Dell Inspirion I just bought and upgraded 1.5 years ago. Huge difference with this Samsung 13" is that I can put it on my lap and not roast my kibbles. I could not do that with any...any other laptop but I think we will see more of this with these newer processors being more efficient and kicking out less heat. The fan is super quiet. It did get really hot though updating to Win 11 and getting all the updates but the install time was so fast with the SSD. The SSD btw is top of the low tier so its good but not perfect. I think the screen brightness is great too. I added a 512GB micro SD to the side and I now have 1TB storage. Awesome. 65w charging means its going to charge in about 1hr from about 2% battery. Super happy, no longer using the Dell and for a company that doesn't really do laptops, they nailed this one.

Definitely a wonderful laptop in the perfect form factor. Excellent for everyday use and even light gaming. The GPU is not built for heavy duty gaming but the laptop still handles itslef pretty well in high performance mode. The best part is the how light it is and easy to carry.

Very good laptop. Currently using for software development (nothing too heavy) and having a very nice experience. The screen is just perfect. The only problem is that it gets a little hot when something more intense starts processing. One other thing is the sound of the fan. Even though I can completely silent it with the settings, it's not recommended because of the last point I mentioned, so it turns out that the laptop is not as silent as other premium models

Fairly solid laptop. Used it through grad school and was able to do most if not all work on the laptop itself. However, had an issue where the audio stopped working on the speakers less than 3 years in and it could not be readily fixed. The webcam isn't great resolution, but it's functional.

I love gow easy to use and its a touch screen which is really convenient not to mentioned it comes with a pen.
