Completely stopped turning on / charging

Had this not even a year and the computer suddenly stopped powering on. Tried different outlets and chargers and it would not work. No power is getting to the battery as no LED lights turn on signaling that its charging. Samsung support said i have to mail my computer to them and thats a hassle as it is but also because i cannot turn my computer on at all, i cannot remove my personal information i have stored onto it. Not sure what to do from here but as of now i would not reccomend or rebuy a samsung computer as i have read many other reviews this seems to be an ongoing issue!!!!!!!

I purchased the galaxy book pro 360 in November. It would not power on in December. I have repeatedly called customer service regarding this issue. Over 10 times. From issues of the type of invoice I provided to the model number not matching their records. The customer service reps had more excuses why I could not receive a replacement. I sent them the invoice from the Samsung account I ordered the laptop from. The serial number on the laptop I have and the number on the invoice are identical. I can't figure out what to do to at least get the laptop repaired. I'm now passed the 30 days. I have a laptop that I make.paymenta on that I can not use because it does not work.
The issue with this laptop not powering on seems to be a common issue with this model. My advice don't purchase this model. Between a unreliable product to awful customer service it is not worth the money or the aggravation

Stopped turning on at 7 months old. Sent in for repair and the screen was apparently broken in shipment. Samsung and the repair center continue to call me a liar and say I shipped it with a broken screen. There are multiple other reports of this online, about the same repair center (they only have 1 for laptops). Will never buy another Samsung product!
