Bought an Open Box, saved a couple of hundred dollars in doing so and the computer is awesome! I'm already in the Samsung Ecosystem and love it! I bought the computer for home use and to edit photos using Adobe Lightroom, this computer handles everything I throw at it and then some, aslo does it quickly. I highly recommended the Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360! I will add though that the battery life will be cut in half if using applications like Lightroom, Photoshop and Premier.

Very pleased with the design, finish, weight, speed and display. However, having a problem with the touchpad - I've changed the sensitivity from med to low, but it still has a mind of it's own - Samsung, can you help with that? This unit came with Windows 10; I'm still waiting to receive the complimentary upgrade. Love the S pen.

It’s so light, in love with it. Super fast and the 360

I like it a lot. Feel like I'm getting slightly less battery life then expected from the reviews. I use the battery saver feature however so it only charges to 85%, then i usually get an estimate of 9.5 hours just doing documents and web browsing. Converted to a full charge, this is about 11.25 hours, or about 4.75 hours less then the review led me to believe. other then that I couldn't be happier. Solid construction and great handwriting recognition. Some bloatware. I caught it on sale for $900 and consider it an EXCELLENT value at that price point, but at full price I'm not sure i would buy it. I was afraid it would be too small but it seems almost perfect.... maybe 14" instead of 13.3 would be best. no numberpad :(

Personally, i absolutely love this laptop alot! I bought this laptop for the long battery life and the fact that it is in samsung ecosystem. I am a college student that use the laptop whenever i go out. When i am at home, i use my computer instead. This laptop does everything i need it to do from surfing the web, to writing essay, to playing video, etc. I personally dont use this for gaming as it isnt meant for gaming. However, i use it for drawing and i add a matte screen protector on the screen and use the spen with a hard nib and i draw on this! Its perfect for drawing since i draw a good amount and its just so great! There hasnt reallly been any problem with palm rejection as i turn that on via windows ink station. Beside that this is perfect for my everyday use at school and when i do homework on my down time!

The Samsung Galaxy Pro 360 is my first upgrade in three years and my first experience with Windows 11. With the i7 and 16GB RAM it is Super fast! Does everything I need it to. Beautiful screen. I need to learn more about Windows 11 but it's coming along! Got a great deal too!

Pros: good battery, very light, love Spen, easy port, fast charging, long battery life, good processing power. Opens right away! Cons: missing screen resolution, camera, and sound could be better, some screen flex, limited ports.

I like how it boots within seconds and touch screen with s-pen is very useful if your into it. Battery backup and extra useful Samsung features like quick-share are very good and useful. Look for something else if you need good gaming performance.

Fast and powerful, benchmarks well This was bought for a senior going into college and she loves the veatility of using it like a laptop, a tablet, flip it like a tent and use the stylus. Got on a great Christmas sale so we’ll worth it with the discount

I got this on sale for a good deal. It’s fast, has lots of storage and memory. It’s so light and so easy to carry around. Display is great. I couldn’t find a better deal for this awesome machine. Comes with a pen which I think is awesome.

it is very light weight and robust laptop. battery life is not as advertised and needs improvement. no storage for pen. it can be easily lost. display is beautiful

This laptop is way better than I thought it was going to be. Very fast. Everything works as designed. The Samsung bloatware is a bit much, but I uninstalled the stuff that annoyed me. The screen is very good and bright, but I do wish it was 4k.

Excellent laptop. Incredibly lightweight, fast and reliable. Only issue I have had is that I have had to restart it a couple of times because the sound was not working.

I really love the graphics on this PC - beautiful screen - and so light - it still gets a little warm but battery life appears to be good. Still learning all it has to offer. I love the midnight blue color too

I love this laptop. Very thin and light. Works perfect with windows and office. It brings a spen with all functions already know in the Samsung system. Got it on special price and also love the 360 So I can use it as a tablet

Although this laptop looks great, its camera and sound are very poor. Moreover, the fan runs constantly and loudly. I would not recommend these problems have been expressed in previous posts. I bought the laptop on sale for $899 on Black Friday, and after having it for a day returned it. I owned two previous Samsung computers to this one and didn't have the same problems.

Laptop is great aside from one major issue. There is a large amount of fan noise when this laptop is plugged in. This includes Silent mode as well. Reviewers online are mixed in mentioning the fan noise issue, which makes me think this is a quality control issue with the laptops. The two smaller issues I noticed: 1) The screen can be difficult to see when outside during the day. 2) The laptop can run hot when plugged in. The laptop can still rest on my thighs, but it is noticeable. I am returning this laptop due to the fan noise issue.

My wife loves this little computer! So far, it’s done everything she needs of it, and since it’s super light, she doesn’t have problems maneuvering or using it. Only problem is that Best Buy doesn’t price match the manufacturer website.

Excellent 2 in 1. Great portablility and versatility. I really like the small form factor, its easy to use at work where space is limited. Very fast, and great for multitasking. The S pen is a great addition for productivity.
