This laptop replaced an HP that I loved. Can I just say that I'm very impressed with the Samsung so far. Love the lightweight, sleek, navy blue design with the crystal clear screen. Battery life is excellent, 1TB of storage is great. I do basic video editing so I need the storage for those large files. The laptop processes videos quickly. It handles powerful programs like Adobe Photoshop with ease. I also use it for everyday applications like the Microsoft suite. Love the whiteboard feature and stylus. It does not have any HDMI ports (which is why they can keep it so thin), but that's nothing a $6.99 adaptor couldn't fix. Problem solved! I'm sure this laptop can do more that I haven't discovered yet. So far, so good! I love it!

This is a great laptop, with just a couple of issues. I bought it in both colors Mystic Navy and Mystic Bronze, so I'll give you my thoughts on both colors. But first let me cover the good, the I7 Intel processor 11th generation 16GB of ram and 1 TB of memory is great specs for the sale price of $1299 right now ($1499 regular price) This laptop is lightening fast and when you open it, it starts up in less than 1 second. The 15.6 model is thin and very light at just 3lbs. The pen works great and feels like your writing on paper. Love that it's a touch screen and that it's a 3x1 and can be used as a traditional laptop, a tablet or in tent mode. If you have a Samsung phone, it's great to have a laptop that totally mirrors your phone! Normally I don't share info from my phone to my laptop, but I made an exception with this laptop since I can text on it and take actual phone calls on my laptop. Love that!
I have the Samsung Galaxy Note, 20 Ultra 5G in Mystic bronze, so I wanted to get the laptop in bronze, but it was sold out at all Best Buys and online. So I bought the Mystic Navy. It's a dark deep blue and the color is really nice, but it shows fingerprints very bad and I do mean very bad, like every time you touch it bad, so if that's something that will bother you, you should go for the bronze. I watched 3 reviews on this laptop before I bought it with each reviewer complaining about the fingerprints on the navy, but I wanted the laptop bad enough that I didn't think it would bother me that much. One man even showed his micro fiber towel and he said 'I went and bought this to carry around with me, you will need to pick one up' I just thought he was being overly dramatic. He wasn't. One day after I bought the navy model, Best Buy got the Mystic Bronze back in stock, so I purchased it and was able to pick it up a week later and I had both laptops for 1 day so I could compare and make sure that I kept the right one for me. If you have the Mystic Bronze phone, just know that this laptop is not exactly the same color. It's close, but it's somewhere between mystic bronze, rose gold and pink. In different lights, it looks different. Since the back of the phone is glass and the laptop is metal, the color is going to look different, but the bronze doesn't show the fingerprints! I did choose the bronze model. I do wish that Samsung would've also offered it in silver and/or black.
The things that I think could've been better is the screen. I do appreciate the Amoled display, but at $1499 (that's what I paid for both of mine) By the time you pay the tax, your at close to $1700 and at that price I think it should've been a full HD display instead 1920 x 1080. I was using a Ultra HD display on HP Spectre before buying the Samsung and the display on the Spectre is much better. On the 13in Samsung, the display looks much better, but on the 15.6 model, there's a noticeable difference. Some people online have said they can see the actual pixels on some web pages on the 15.6 model. I haven't experienced that, but I haven't been intentionally looking for it either. My only other complaint is I wish they had given us somewhere to house the pen. The magnet on the back of the screen is nice thought while your using the computer, but it's not strong enough. My pen falls off all the time and you can't store it in a sleeve or laptop case with the pen stuck on the top. Since the build is so light, if they couldn't incorporate a place in the laptop, a sleeve like HP gives you with the Spectre that has a tight loop to put it in, with a clip on the cap of the pen to make sure it stays, would be great. I can see me losing this pen or the tip getting damaged in my laptop bag since there isnt a top on the pen either.
The good far outweighs the bad on this laptop and since this is Samsung's first Galaxy Book Pro 380, they will make adjustments on next years model. Overall, I'm very happy with this laptop.

Love the light weight of both the laptop itself and the power cord...much less bulky than my last Dell with a bulky AC Adapter and its specifically sized tip making it difficult to replace or borrow for a quick charge. It also has a very large solid state hard drive and it responds quickly with its super fast speed and large memory. I down graded screen size because it did not come with a 17.3" screen so still adjusting to the smaller 15.6", but the light weight more than makes up for it. The touch screen can be used in tablet mode and auto rotates to match how you orient the screen. I also noticed it is much quieter than any of my Dell laptops (even with the fan running) & the back lighting is lightyears ahead of them too. The hinges for the screen are one of those mechanical attributes that really separate a good laptop from a great one. Sort of like slow closing kitchen drawer slides or a soft close toilet seat. So far it has been the perfect balance, resistance so the screen doesn't bounce when your typing or moving it from one surface to another yet easy to open with one hand for those times when you only have one free hand:) It also has style. The midnight blue is unique enough to stand out from all the other black silver & gray laptops out there, but not so flashy it screams steal me...it is a portable laptop after all. One thing that has been a bit of a challenge is the lack of USB ports. There are 3 micro C's for plugging in power/phone/devices, a headphone jack and a memory card reader. But all of my backup devices/corded mouse/corded keyboards and such all have connected by USB. The keyboard portion of the laptop (or non screen portion) is thinner than the height of a USB port which is probably why it wasn't included, so be prepared to adapt.

Great laptop/2-in-1 ever. The lightest 15.6" device with the most powerful processor in it. The Intel Core i7 makes everything move very fast and efficiently. Coupled with the large 1tb SSD, all my work gets completed in a sec. The battery stays on for hours on end...so far 9-hours without my cord when completing photo shop edits. The photo quality on the display is the best I've ever seen.

I've only had this two days so the "new car smell" has definitely not worn off yet. I originally was looking at Asus and Dell, both 4k models. I had this in the back of my mind but was really worried about the FHD screen not being very sharp. And guess what, it is not that sharp. But it also does not look pixelated. It is actually pretty easy on the eyes, I'm sure the Amoled helps. Last year I bought the galaxy chromebook when it first came out and although that screen was sharper and brighter than this one, I ended up returning it because I never got more than five hours on one charge. The battery life on this one, early days, has been great, 9-10 hours on a full charge (and I have the battery save function turned on, for those with a tab S7 it is the same thing). Which brings me to my final point, the integration with this laptop and the whole galaxy world is pretty cool. It's not Apple...if I wanted that I would have bought a Macbook. Lastly, this thing is really fast and doesn't get too warm (a must if you're a laptop on your lap person like me). So far I've been very impressed with this laptop and would recommend it to anyone looking for a solid Windows laptop, especially if you also own a Samsung phone or tablet.

As a college student who doesn't know much about computers, I came into BB with the criteria of: 15' screen, 2 in 1, ability to quickly multitask and a light up keyboard. This laptop does exactly that.
Things I've come to love are the pre-installed apps, and how easy it is to remove or add different ones as well as the CRAZY long battery life (as I usually function on slightly low brightness). The screen is large enough to multitask, and the computer doesn't lag at all. It is also very lightweight and silent, traits I didn't know I needed hahah.
Also shoutout to Angel in the Erie store for helping my picky self find a computer that fit my needs.
The only cons I can think of is that the finish on the laptop can get kinda smudgy with fingerprints but I just have a wipe I keep in my bag to clean them off. Also there are only USBC ports on the laptop (as well as a headphone jack and an SD card slot) but I just bought a USBC to lighting cord and solved that.
Overall I am very happy with the quality of the device I got from BB and the help I got along the way. Also the Geeksquad was very efficient with the data transfer and cleaning up my old computers.

This laptop is fantastic. It's incredibly thin and light while still remaining powerful. It handles everyday tasks like a champ, and can even do a bit of gaming. The battery life is more than enough to last all day, even while under a decently heavy load. The screen looks amazing, and the S Pen integration is very welcome. The keyboard feels very nice to use. It has a nice click to it that makes both the feel and sound of the keyboard incredibly pleasant.
The biggest and only issue I've had with this laptop is that the trackpad is very easy to accidentally click, and can often be held down if there's any pressure on the laptop body. That's certainly annoying, but nothing you can't get used to after a week or two.
Overall I'd definitely recommend this laptop. Its slim profile, surprisingly good performance, and excelent screen make it more than worth the asking price. The touchpad is annoying, but nothing that you can't get used to. I would definitely recommend the 16gb memory/1tb storage version of this laptop. You'll definitely regret not having the extra memory/storage a year or two down the line.

I'm very satisfied with this laptop! I read a lot of the reviews, both expert and personal, and I found some of the negative issues that people mentioned about this laptop were really pretty inconsequential to me.
The Super AMOLED display is quite fabulous in spite of it not being a 4k visual as some wished it was. This laptop is definitely fast and responsive.
Two other cons that have been mentioned in reviews - one being some flex due to the thinness of this laptop, but I found it to be pretty much non-existent, as well as I really loved the keyboard feel, as some mentioned that they did not care for it.
I think most of the somewhat negative issues people have mentioned are fairly subjective. I was a bit skeptical at first after reading reviews, but since owning and using this laptop, I would highly recommend it. I don't think you will be disappointed.
Do keep in mind that it does only have a 720 mp webcam that some felt should have been 1080 mp at this price point, but that was not a deal breaker for me. Another thing mentioned was about it being a fingerprint magnet... that is true, but I always keep my electronics wiped down anyway, it's quite a classy and beautiful look in the Mystic blue color.
It comes with integrated video, not a designated video card, so if you are a major gamer, this is not your laptop, but for the casual gamer, it will work fine for you.
In general - you need to know what is important to you in a laptop for your own particular needs, but I found this laptop to be of excellent quality.
This laptop is light and so easy to carry with you and the Intel Evo Platform i7 is great. Also, if you are a Samsung Galaxy Cell Phone user, you will enjoy the seamless connectivity options!
Final thought - "It's a great touchscreen 2 in 1 Laptop for most everyone!

First , i was a Mac beleiver for years. I decided to purchase a windows computer. I 've had this a week and i love it. I was pleasantly surprised it was made out of metal. The keyboard action is great smooth, responsive and as good as a mac. The display is the best display I've used, sharp, brilliant, vivid, rich colors. It weighs less and is thinner than my old mac. Windows opetating system is just as easy as mac. It takes a little getting use to. I can now use my scanner and printer. I have a bigger display 15.6 inches, a full number keypad, tarrabite of hard drive space, 16 gigs of ram, cheaper than a 13 inch MacBook . The sound is great thanks to dolby. I would purchase this again and thanks to geek squad, no worries about braking it.

I purchased this as a replacement for my old laptop that I had since 2016. I absolutely love it! The key for me is speed and power. I do a lot of graphic design work with very large files. So, speed, capacity, and power were tops on my list. This laptop handles that with ease. The battery life is good for my needs as I use this primary as my home laptop. It might be a little problematic for a long trip though (5+ hours). The display is awesome blowing away my old laptop. And it’s incredibly lightweight. I purchased this on a pre-Black Friday sale and definitely got my money’s worth (and then some).

Almost a perfect laptop but still need some works!
I am kind of in love with this laptop. But due to some glitches, I decided to return it and wait for the next version/generation to see if any improvement can make me really want to own it.
Here is what I mean almost a perfect laptop:
The Good:
- The price is very affordable.
- Pack with everything that other laptops will cost more!
- Very powerful, Very good & sleek design
- Lightweight, can be used as I pad with ease
- Startup & shut down fast
- It can run all my software very sufficient and fast
- Fast charging and last for my whole day 8 hrs work easily + plus I still have battery 30% left.
The Bad:
- At startup, the mouse point acted weird, it runs in a circle for a few seconds then will stay normal, some kind of a flaw in the system (I completely updated the system).
-Once its screen lifts up the laptop will start automatically, no way to stop this function. I have kids at home, so if I am not home and my kid accidentally lifts up my laptop’s screen then guess what? By the time I get home my laptop’s battery will be empty! This is the 2nd big drawback for me to decide not to keep this laptop.
-There is no slot for you to keep the pen.
-Screen is kind of a little floppy when you are working & use the touch screen, but this can be tolerated as Samsung tries to make this laptop lightweight.
I think the next generation of Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360 15.6", The manufacture must at least let people have a choice to decide how they would like their PC to start up!

The Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360 is like a piece of future in your hands. Imagine a big, colorful 15.6" screen that's touch-sensitive – it's like magic. It's super smart too, with the Core i7 and 16GB memory for quick stuff and a huge 1TB storage for all your files. The Mystic Navy color? It's just really classy. But the coolest part? You can flip it around and turn it into a tablet whenever you want. Whether you're doing important stuff or watching shows, this laptop is like your trusty sidekick, making everything easier and fancier at the same time.

This laptop is incredible. It is probably my favorite thing I've ever bought. It is thin, light, super fast, and gorgeous. It is wonderfully compatible with my phone, too! I cannot recommend the Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360 enough.
The keyboard feels great, the touchscreen is super responsive, the battery life is phenomenal, it restarts in less than 30 seconds....there is nothing this computer doesn't do better than any other computer I've ever had (even Macs, which were twice the price).
Seriously. I wish there were more ways to tell you how wonderful it is.
