I love this computer. Its light, powerful, and versatile. I bouught this one for my wife. Mine is blue and this one is mystic bronze. The computer is very responsive and has multiple USB C ports. The screen is gorgeous! It's great for watching streamed content especially in tent mode or theater mode with keyboard out of the way and screen rotated so it is closer for optimal viewing. The finger print scanner makes it easy to unlock without need to enter password or pin. Overall I really like this computer.

It is a laptop with performance suitable for the price. However, keep in mind that this product is on sale a lot, so if you buy it at regular price, you will regret it. Be sure to wait and buy it when there is a discount.

After extensive research, watching reviews, and in-store comparisons, this computer was a standout for my needs. It has the speed and storage specs I was looking for, a beautiful light weight sleek design, and hands down, the most stunning display I've seen! I couldn't walk by the Galaxy computers without doing a double take because of the brilliant displays, accented by the thin bezels. The backlit keyboard and fingerprint log-in were also features I was seeking. I bought the Mystic Navy, which I love - distinctive from the run of the mill silver or black, and commensurate with the display and case design features.

    Perfect for me

There is not much bad I have to say about this laptop. I have had it for 6 months now and it has treated me well. I mostly use it for viewing media (Netflix, YouTube, other streaming sites) and for note taking. I saw one review bashing the S-Pen's rubbery tip but I found the rubbery tip to be quite nice. There is no friction between it and the screen while being perfectly silent when writing (I say this because I see people using the Apple Pen with their iPads and it just sounds like a piece of plastic banging up against glass). The load time on startup and just for general tasks is extremely fast. From the moment I open it to the moment I am on my desktop only matters as to how fast I can put my finger on the sensor. It is instantaneous otherwise. When using OneNote, I found the side button on the S-Pen to be extremely useful as when held down, it will act as an eraser. The button positioning feels perfectly natural to me as well as the shape and size of the pen itself. Transitions from and to "tablet mode" are seamless. The hinges are sturdy but smooth, though if you are trying to write on the screen or touch it while it is upright (that is, when it isn't flat or in tent mode), the screen will wobble. The wobble has not gotten any worse since I've had it and it isn't that much of an issue to begin with. As I said, I mostly use it for notes and media, but I do play the occasional PC game. It handles Minecraft on max vanilla graphics just fine (I know, Minecraft - woop-de-doo), and it can handle some other more demanding games with adjustments. Would I recommend this to someone who really likes to play demanding games for hours? No. Unfortunately the speakers are not great. They are not terrible, but they do tend to get muffled if you sit the device on a cushy surface. When on a hard, flat surface, they are definitely much nicer, or when in its folded modes (that is, when the speakers are exposed and not on a surface). The charger included is by far the best designed charger I have ever seen. After seeing the disasterous brick of a charger the MacBooks come with, I am beyond impressed with how Samsung managed to compact their's while also making it powerful enough to charge the device quickly while being used on full power. The display is 1080p but I think that is perfectly fine for this device, especially with the AMOLED touch. I get some beautiful streaming with this device, as opposed to the grayish colors I could get on my previous ASUS ROG gaming laptop. The support this device has with my Samsung S21 Ultra is amazing. I can copy a link, message, or picture on my phone and paste it on the laptop (and vice versa). All screenshots from my phone can be accessed from the laptop. I can even access my phone itself from my laptop (although you need to manually accept the request on your phone and it is quite slow and choppy - could be useful if you need something from your phone screen to be on your laptop?). There are a lot more niche things that make having a Samsung phone and this laptop together nice. The keyboard has the feel of a MacBook keyboard but I much prefer the Samsung one. It feels a little more responsive and the spacing is much more preferred to me. A number pad is obviously included too if you're into that. The touch pad is gladly large and some people using my device have had troubles with touching it when typing, but it has not been an issue for me. Just know it may take some geting used to for some users to avoid touching it. I was quite afraid of dropping this device as I had read some reviews saying that it broke and cracked extremely quickly on them, but I have dropped it (in a laptop bag) from about a foot of the ground onto concrete with no damage. I also accidentally tossed the laptop bag unknowingly with the laptop still in onto carpeted floors but again, no damage. The thinness of this device baffles me with how sturdy it actually is. The lack of ports has not been an issue for me. If you use USB mice, there are USB to USB-c converters that are very slim, though not slim enough to be kept in at all times - only when in use. And of course there are USB-c converters to other ports as well. Overall, this is definitely the best laptop I've used for what I need!

This laptop is really thin. Very responsive. So far it's handling my video editing program and Xbox live games. A huge plus I can wirelessly connect my Samsung TV as a second monitor. Love it so far. Also got it on the daily deal with $600 off MSRP. Great Deal!

A very sleek and powerful laptop. It is very thin and light. The illuminated keys are lovely, with a full keyboard layout including the numeric key pad to the right. It is the perfect size for a laptop in my opinion. Everything seamlessly flows due to its intel evo core i7 and 16gb of ram. With an AMOLED screen with hdr the colors are deeper and more vibrant. It is not a gaming laptop, but can run all average games and some computing power intensive games. I bought it when it was on sale for $999. I am not sure if it is worth 1500 though. More like 11 or 12 in my opinion. Overall a very nice and very capable laptop. Just be careful handling it as it's very thin, especially the screen.

I didn't really like the laptop at first because it seemed too thin and the fans would be loud at times but I got to really like it the more I used it. I like the OLED screen and the responsiveness of the touchpad. I use this laptop to do my work. I use Solid Edge on this laptop to make parametric designs and it works fine. watching videos and movies is great on this laptop and it's very light. I can also edit videos on this laptop. I use filmora pro and it works fine as well. Overall it's a great laptop for work and student use but I would not recommend this laptop for gaming. The graphics card on this laptop will not give you a lot of fps in games. I give this laptop a 7.8/10 for a work laptop.

bought this for my elderly mother because of specs and light weight. So far its great, fast, big screen, light weight and she likes the pen. Only down side is when you touch the screen the hinges let the screen move backwards a little bit. Sometimes it just wobbles others it actually moves and stays back a bit. Ive used it myself and found even a light touch makes it move a little. Also there are no up and down volume buttons you have to use the F keys up top so for her its a bit of a pain. Other than those 2 things this machine is top notch.

I love this machine! It's fast and everything I need to use a computer for ...it is more than satisfactory. The laptop is beautiful. A sleek design Great color and sharp touchscreen. I did add an optical mouse and keyboard. tried to go it alone in ordering this and the only problem was I was still using old tech and I don't see that changing ever! No where was there a statement regarding the multiport docks that would be necessary to make my world complete, The advice I received through CHAT, cleared that up. Great customer service, next day arrival of the parts I needed and I am off and running. Thank you to all the team. This is why I buy from BEST BUY.

Wow what a deal! I bought this during the black Friday sale, and it was marked down considerably. The screen is not 4k, but it's color accuracy is near perfect and will be great for photo editing. The touch screen works very well, especially with the included s-pen. Also, as it is AMOLED, the blacks in any image can be true black. Downsides that can be overcome or overlooked are the weak speakers, low screen brightness (only a problem outside/ in bright light), and the smudging of fingerprints that develop on the laptop body. Many more pros than these: newest processor, thin and lightweight, 2-in-1 tablet use, 15 inch screen!

This is a great laptop. As soon as I got it and opened it up, it upgraded to Win 11 automatically w/o any hiccups. It is incredibly thin and lightweight. The screen is gorgeous and bright and I love the touch screen. It works great as a tablet when I rotate the screen 360. The lighted keyboard is a great help at night. I use it for work related Excel and AutoCAD. It crunches all work w/o hesitation. Battery life is acceptable, but I have not really used it for more than 5 hours straight and I still had about 40% battery left. I highly recommend this laptop.

Light 15" Convertible with only 2 issues

I was drawn to this Samsung Convertible based on its specs. On paper its a killer, and at $999 sale - you would be challenged to find another device with these specs for that money. It looked pretty disruptive to the market. As a long time MS Surface Pro user - it ticks all the boxes. It only has a few flaws, but they are significant for me. Lets walk thru the PROs and CONs: PROS: Specs: Terrific specs for the money; OLED Screen, fast Intel processor and plenty of memory and storage. These are the cornerstones of a great laptop or convertible. et. Light: One of the lightest 15" laptops ive held, pickup a similar Dell or HP - then this and you will be impressed with how incredibly lighter it is. Convertible: the screen folds all the way around nicely, just like others, but the lightness makes this much more realistic for holding in tablet mode. But there were a few downsides, and one of these was a dealbreaker for me given my use: CONs Screen: The hinge is a weak spot. Its beautiful touch screen and convertible design invites you to touch the screen, yet each time you do it wobbles. You see the difference in hinge design experience here - just do the same on a Lenovo 7i or9i. If you dont use the touch screen it may be ok. But i strongly suggest you try it out in the store based on how you will use it. Screen: While its OLED is known for contrast and dark blacks, the screen is not that bright, fine for indoors, but could be challenging in brightly lit areas. Scree: this OLED panel is HD resolution at 1080P. Thats not up to par with the similarly specd Lenovo, Dell, HP, MS. But Samsung may have chosen to cut back here to keep the price down. If you prefer 'bigger' scale on your displays (or you squint to see text at 4k resolution on small screen...) then this is perfect for you, the scaling of Windows at 1080p looks great on this device. Conclusion: For being relatively new to the Windows Laptop/Convertible market, Samsung has done a nice job with this device. The specs are all you would want and meet or beat HP, Dell, Lenovo at this price point. But the Screen is its Achillies heel; the bright OLED has issues with hinge and the resolution is behind the market. Samsung is a leader in Galaxy line phones with hi resolution screens and foldable technology, so I trust these will improve in its laptops over time.

It is pretty darn sleek. Lightweight, screen goes to the edge. I have a Note 10 phone... only just beginning to use Link to Windows functions between the two. Note pen works with the laptop so i haven't even taken the laptop pen out of the box. Laptop charger works for my phone... charges super fast! If you read reviews about camera quality... theyre accurate. I didnt realize this laptop does not have a rear facing camera. The fan can be a little loud. I love the inclusion of the number pad. I have a Surface Book from work... I really wish it had a number pad!

    Awesome ultra-thin 2-in-1

Only three hours in to using it but so far I’m in love. I’m coming from the world of Apple - 13” MBP, 10” MacBook Pro and an iPhone. I’ve been having to jump onto the Windows desktop more and more often for to work on Excel (macros) and wanted something more portable. Let’s be honest - it’s not so much for travel as much as wanting to work from the couch! There is some flex in the keyboard and screen, but this can be expected in a 2-in-1 device that is as thin as my iPad Pro with Keyboard case. Audio quality was crummy until I turned on the include Dolby Access functionality - that really woke up the speakers!
