Great image quality, sensitive touch screen, great keyboard, fast fast fast, I've had no issues with this laptop at all, I love it. Lightweight, sturdy, I did get a matte screen cover/protector to reduce glare outside ($30 on Amazon, fit perfectly) and that makes it much nicer in the sun. Tons of memory, tons of storage, just great. There were come complaints online regarding camera wobble when making video calls, but, as long as you're on a sturdy surface, I don't see this being an issue at all. I love this laptop.

I've had Galaxy phones for years, but didn't know they make computers. When it was time to replace my old laptop, I discovered this one. Wow! It's lightweight, fast, and responsive, with a long battery life. It's disappointing that so many of these new computers have few connectors and are only usb c. At least I have a hub to get around that. I would also prefer that it came with storage for the S pen. Overall, though, this is a great computer. Note - It's a fingerprint magnet.

Fast, lightweight, Love the touch screen. Only drawback is it doesnt have anywhere to hold the stylus. But its a very nice laptop. Great for work and play

Bought this laptop 2021 and to this day, the screen is bright as ever, touchscreen still works brilliantly and though slightly slower than before- probably from all the saved memory on it- it still as sharp and quick as day one. I would recommend for all laptop needs. HOWEVER unproven as a gaming laptop for those who this concerns. I havent tried anything gaming on it so cannot speak for it. Also pen should can easily be lost if not kept count of.

So far, it has lived up to my high expectations for weight, power, battery life and screen quality. USB-C charging is a huge improvement over other laptops that still use an external brick. I am somewhat worried about the strength of the frame. It is very thin and time will tell if the materials are strong enough to keep the screen from cracking.

Beautiful and highly functional form factor - both in the laptop and the tablet configurations. Transitioning between the two modes is easy and seamless. The start-up/shutdown/reboot are exceptionally fast. The unit is remarkably quiet, charges fast, and boasts excellent battery life even in the High Performance mode. Handles somewhat resource-intensive recording software effortlessly. The Amoled display is nothing short of magical. Overall, an absolute joy to use!

Amazing battery life. Slim sleek and light laptop. Great specs. The display is amazing, great brightness and rich colors. The S Pen is a nice bonus. The only negative is that the lower shell can flex a small amount resulting in a left click. Not a problem if it is in your lap or on a surface. These are known for that design flaw, but honestly doesn't really affect usability unless you like to lay it on your chest and watch videos.

great lap top / tablet. I highly recommend it. Priced more than competitive. AMOLED screen is better than Lenovo screens. weight is very manageable and lower than competitors. I removed the built in Samsung add-ware except for the Samsung tools which I find useful. my only suggestion is for the screen form factor to be changed to make it easier to open the screen. it is a bit cumbersome and cannot be opened with one hand when sitting on a desk.

This was a Black Friday deal and was $500 of MSRP. I am very satisfied! Light weight. Great picture. Fast. It’s been a perfect laptop. There were a lot of posts with negative feedback about the screen cracking…the screen seems durable and no issues yet. Honestly, I don’t think the screen will crack under normal circumstances.

Better upgrade to my last computer and the display is amazing. The fans did run pretty hard for the first week but after installing updates it went quiet. The pen is nice to use but I don't think I'll stick with it. Battery life is amazing and using the computer is amazing. Don't regret buying this.

Great. My son loves drawing on it all the time. He does his homework on it. Although I bought it for myself to use, he definitely gets more out of it than I do lol. Battery life is good, performance is good, design is nice (although it's a huge fingerprint magnet). All in all, I can't say that I'm disappointed. At full retail price, there's better options, but on sale, this was a no brainer.

Needed a new laptop to replace one that the keyboard was failing on... am I glad I chose the Samsung!! It's fast, light, killer storage, and everything else I could ask for. I also use a Samsung phone and it wirelessly sync's with it. I can answer my texts on my laptop while I'm working. Just a small little perk I didn't even know I would like! Came with an S pen - haven't used it much, but the little I have it is very responsive, just like the one on my phone. I give it higher marks than the apple pen on my iPad. There is no storage for it, but when the laptop is open, the pen does magnetically cling to the front edge of the laptop (by the track pad). This strip would be better placed at the back by the hinges (or maybe a second magnet?) as it hits my wrist when typing. It does cling when the laptop is closed, but it's not strong enough to keep from losing the pen in transport. Since the pen was not an important feature for me, I keep it with my mouse, USB's etc and all is good. I absolutely love this laptop. The only real place for improvement would be the webcam. I knew about it before I bought it, but agree Samsung could have put a better webcam on, they certainly have access to them as their phone camera's are spectacular! I can't say any other negative's about it though... it is everything I need and so much more! Even my concerns about Windows 11 ended up not being an issue. LOVE it... highly recommend it!!

Very fast! I love this laptop! The battery lasts longer than any other I've had. Great picture and many features.

My wife loves her laptop. Super light weight and no lag at all.
