I purchased this on the Black Friday sale sight unseen due to the price and features. Once I opened it, I knew I would be returning. I'm sure it functions well, but it feels like a glorified tablet. A very flimsy, delicate tablet. While it is slim and light weight, it does not feel of high quality. The screen housing is thin, and it seems like the screen could crack easily. The hinges also feel very thin and fragile. I could see this device accidentally getting bumped while in a backpack resulting in the screen cracking. I have both I pad and Galaxy tablets that are more solid and sturdy than this. Since this is touch screen, it would be ruined if the screen cracks. I just don't want to take the chance.
Additionally, this has no regular USB type A ports, no HDMI port, just type C ports --so you must get an adapter. This makes it less portable as you always have to carry around an adapter dangling from the laptop. I have to use a document camera and data drive, and don't like the idea of having to keep up with an additional adapter in order to plug everything in. I wish the newer laptops were not getting rid of USB type A ports and HDMI ports, but this seems to be the trend.
Like other reviewers have said, the navy blue looks sharp, but it is a finger print magnet. Just handling this for a few minutes to unbox it resulted in the entire laptop looking like it had been handled by a toddler eating a donut. I think this would need to be cleaned daily or it will constantly look dirty.
This is a great laptop for people who plan to use it mainly for entertainment and want a screen larger than a typical tablet. Just a note, the speakers are on the bottom of the device. If you are someone who wants a very thin, lightweight, 2-in-1 product, who plans to upgrade your laptop yearly, and aren't worried about durability, then this is probably a good fit for you. I just don't trust it lasting long if it is transported daily-- particularly through an airport or subway.

I have loved this computer since the day I got it. Super light weight and fast speeds. It's been 15 months, and I guess it must have dropped on a corner too hard. The touch screen constantly freezes now, thinking I'm touching the screen in multiple places at the same time and not allowing me to use the cursor. I use this computer every day for work as a teacher and will sadly have to replace it now.

I purchased after reviewing the top laptops like Dell XPS 15, Windows Surface Book, LG Gram, HP Spectre and went with this one due to value for specification, included S Pen, light weight feel, color and overall features.
I'm very happy with this laptop and perfect for my needs. I don't do gaming so can't speak for that type of performance but if you need for school or work then you should consider this laptop.
It's a bit of a fingerprint magnet so keep your microfiber cloth next to you. Be careful with not putting too much weight when closed as it's very thin and I can see the screen easily cracking.

Best for artists, a powerful laptop + pen display! The best tech purchase ever! Bought a 15.6 inch 512GB model in September, and I am very impressed. The build is very lightweight yet feels sturdy. I have been looking for a laptop that can be used for office work and for drawing on Clip Studio Paint program. This one is probably the only on the market that does both jobs flawlessly...and I mean flawlessly with no lagging at all. I would even argue that it's better than Ipad drawing since it's also a laptop and the system is very powerful for multi-tasking, while also very light and portable. I can draw while using youtube, spotify, email, and speak on zoom without a single delay.
You can purchase a MAX stand from Amazon to support drawing more comfortably in tablet mode. The pen pressure and drawing experience with the S pen on this computer is amazing. No battery required for the pen, so you will never need charging like iPad and Lenovo. Many other digital pen works, too, including Norris digital jumbo. The lines using these pen show no wavering or anything. Very very smooth and impressive experience and comparable to a pen display like Wacom or Gaomon. I bought a Lenovo Flex 5 14, 2-in-2, which is a cheaper competitor for the same functions, and it basically arrived defective and the pen did not calibrate correctly and required extremely small and multiple batteries that drain really quickly. The Lenovo also could not handle anything more than one program open at a time.
This Samsung model is definitely the way to go even if it's pricier.
The only downside I can see for some people is the not so high quality of the video camera, but this isn't a problem for me. It works well for my work from home meetings, and I rather people not see every pimple on my face during Zoom meetings! Another issue is the laptop speaker isn't the highest quality and isn't loud enough, but the quality and volume are both great if you use headphones.
Samsung has won me over with this powerful machine! I highly recommend it!

Awesome laptop! Unfortunately, I had a little issue with the shipping but none the less the customer service I received was great and I love my laptop! It has made my college life so much easier already and would totally recommend for college students and artists. The S Pen that is included feels better than holding a regular pencil and is light and does not cramp or hurt your fingers. Samsung really knocked it out the park with this one!

Best laptop I have owned. As a note 10plus owner. The integration between this laptop and phone is amazing. I can view texts, make calls, control emails, and many more without ever reaching for my phone. The display is the best on any computer. 60 FPS OLED is great for movies, youtube and productivity work. Battery life looks like it will be about 10 hours while streaming. Keyboard has a really nice tactile bump. Stylus works great. When in tablet mode, I use the stylus to write rather than typing using screen keyboard. It's ex pensive, but well worth it in my opinion. I highly recommend.

I wanted a laptop to write handwritten notes for school. My previous samsung laptop was very good and lasted a long time since 2015. It still works but I wanted touch screen for school. I bought the laptop in April and I didnt really start using it until september when school started. Its now the end of November and I am having touch screen issues where the mouse wont pop up, it wont detect when I touch or the mouse cursor is stuck and moving rapidly in the corner. I am not sure what the issue is, I cleaned the screen and made sure nothing was on it, it just glitches a lot. For the price I wouldn't recommend. I am hoping it resolves or just doesnt get worse at this point because I can't afford to get something else now after spending the amount I did on this one.
Aside from this the laptop is nice. It's light, easy to travel with, etc. However the touch screen is obviously a big part of the reason people are opting for this laptop so giving it 2 stars seems fair since I've only really used it for 2 months and I am already having issues..

Very pleased with ease of set up and impressed with how quick it was to link with my s21 ultra. I had reservations about linking to my phone but quickly found out you control when the phone is connected/disconnected from the laptop. Love that I can view and use phone apps on the laptop. Also Upgraded to windows 11 immediately. I saw some were unhappy with how fragile it is but I don't play games or carry it around an airport. For me, the weight is perfect.

I bought this laptop when it goes on sale, and it supposed to come with Window 11 as advertise but it doesn't. I like that it's very light at 3lbs. good for travelling or school. It connects easily on my Wi-Fi network, keyboard/touchpad are responsive. For me the keyboard is a little small for my fingers I don't know if I have a bigger finger or just the size is this keyboard is small. So before buying this laptop check with the store first. There you have it, honest review.

I have only had this a few days so I am not sure how it will fare in the long run. The only thing that I don't like is that it has no usb drive slot, for this price it should. I will update my review in a couple of months.

Love this computer overall. Long battery life and quiet processor. The only thing that took some getting used to was the touchiness of the (large) touchpad. I hit it by accident when I'm typing with unintended consequences.

I looooooooooooooooove the features of this laptop. This is my 5th, well 6th laptop, if you want to count that old Dell from back in the day lol. I have had 4 HP's since and this is my first Samsung. I cannot complain. I have not yet tested out all the features but I am already blown away by the compatibility aspect. All my TV's, Phones, and Tablets are Samsung, so this purchase was a no-brainer.
P.S. I still use my newest HP daily (2019), but it seems to be getting finickier by the week. So figured I'd jump on this Samsung while they had promos! #ILoveMySamsung #MakesMeHappy #ThatIsAll!

Outstanding battery life, well over 15hrs. Make sure to enable the Dolby audio though in settings so audio sounds better. Case can be a bit smugdy too. One of the best displays in the game.

The computer can not be upgraded. 8GB Memory is really low, but it can not be upgraded to 16 GB or 32 GB. The memory is soldered on the motherboard. We returned after reading the criteria to buy another one. If you like the performance and features of Galaxy Book Pro 360, you should get 16GB Memory and 512GB SSD. SSD is upgrable.
