This is the fastest laptop I have ever used. Downloads are fast and running programs are almost instant even when multiple programs are open.

This laptop was a game changer compared to my last laptop I had for about 7 years. I use it every day at work and it makes my day so much smoother.

I liked a lot the quality of the laptop 2-1. I like the monitor and the size. I taught I was going to use more with the pen, but I am struggling a little bit with that

I love the size and weight of this laptop. It's just what I wanted to get - something I could take with me to meetings, to the park and to the library. The disadvantages of this size laptop are what I should have expected: I can never see an entire page of a document at one time and remote meetings leave a lot to be desired because people's faces are always so small. Maybe I just don't know how to manipulate the machine well enough yet. One thing has me rather concerned: When I watch a show on line, by the time the show is over, I cannot control the mouse to do anything - even to shut down the computer. I have an appointment to see if this is inherent in this machine or not. If so, I will return the machine. I hope it's just something I'm doing wrong, because otherwise the machine is here to stay!

I have owned this device since July 2023 and have used it as my primary laptop for college work and it's been a blast to use. Doing word assignments along with other college tasks such as Pop Quizzes, Tests along with exams on canvas has been pretty simple to do on it. The screen is pretty nice and the keyboard is back lit when working in the night which makes doing worded assignments easier to do. I would highly recommend this laptop

This laptop is put together really well. Has enough ports to do everything you need. It's fast and reliable. Good bang for the buck. IN fact I bought two.

Hey there guys, Just wanting to let you guys know that this computer worked out really great for me since it was bought and i am still currently using it. I can do everything I possibly can with school and work and its working awesome. Specially for the price it is i can say its really worth it.

Great laptop. Light weight and excellent screen. However, the AMOLED screen drains the battery life fast.

Great option as a personal computer to do miscellaneous home stuff. Incredible speed and performance. It more than fits my needs.

I bought this for my daughter to go off to college she hasn’t left yet but she still uses it all the time she loves it As soon as it goes on sale again I’m going to buy another one for my husband for his work it’s lightweight quick and InStyle can’t say enough about this product

This review is based on my in-store experience of using the laptop. I bought an open box that was defective out of the box. If you do buy this product, I advise buying it new only. Best Buy provided very good return service. That being said, the laptop in the store is beautiful with a wonderful keyboard and it appears to be a solid product with an outstanding OLED display. I ended up going with an HP Envy because it was cheaper than buying the new Samsung computer. But Samsung does make good products.
