This Samsung is an excellent computer for the price. My biggest complaints with it are, battery life, after 3 months I don’t get more than 3-4 hours. And secondly is build quality, the fan started making clicking noises at low speed, and the whole chassis creaks as I’m opening it or moving it to a different position. The good? The 12th gen i5 is speedy, and the OLED display is amazing. Truly the highlight of the laptop. Keyboard also works well and is comfortable to type on.

I absolutely love my laptop. Ive been having it for a year now and so worth it. The screen looks amazing.

I've had this laptop for about 5 months now. Overall, it's solid, but I wouldn't buy it again. The casing came loose after having it a couple of months and trying to get Samsung to repair it has been a bit like trying to bring inflation down. Maybe a little tougher. I like the size, it's pretty quick, and for the most part, it works with my Ultra21 easily. I found that when using bluetooth, the sound lags. I don't usually have this problem with other devices, so I find this a bit annoying. For instance, I'll connect it to my Google speaker if streaming something and I may as well be watching a foreign movie. It likes to connect automatically to my devices as well, which is annoying and I haven't figured out how to change that. Connecting for video calls isn't the greatest either. The sound cuts out a lot. When I use my phone in the same place, sound is fine, so it's not a location issue. The battery life on this is pretty poor. If you put it in sleep mode, it still burns battery and is close to dead the next time I pick it up. So I shut it down whenever I'm not using it or I just plug it in whenever I'm done. Again, annoying. Overall, I was hoping to really like this, but I only like it a little bit.

Solidly built, quality feel..fantastic value @ sale price...especially love the long battery useability....and the auto illuminating keyboard!! The only reason its not a 5 stAR is the speaker output taps out lower than is easily audible....tweeked the setting to max and occasionally I need to set up my bluetooth adjunct speaker...the speakers are located underneath the keyboard, if you have a hard surface you probably will be ok, I travel with mine all over the house and if I decide to kick back in an easy chair and have the laptop in my lap...the speakers don't have the wherewithal to make up for the sound absorbing acoustics of my lap... Im hoping a software of firmware upgrade may correct this deficite...

Overall a really nice laptop and good upgrade from my previous HP laptop. The touch ID is somewhat inconsistent in actually unlocking the computer and the trackpad/clicking could use some improvements. But it is a fast machine with good battery life, and love the keyboard. No issues with heat/sound yet, but it has mainly just been used for browsing.
