Laptop shipped in a thinly padded envelope with no protection. It was supposed to be in excellent condition, however it arrived with damage all over it. It was obvious that the damage occurred during shipping. It was so bad that I returned it and ordered a new one from a different retailer.

great laptop. i purchased this pc to replace a 13 year old toshiba a665. i really like this laptop. the performance is great.it came with all the features i was looking for (touchscreen,win 11,backlit keyboard,I5 processor, 256ssd,8gb memory). the boot time is great, touchscreen responds good and the resolution is outstanding.i read reviews that said the sound quality of speakers were subpar but they sound fine in my opinion. the wifi and bluetooth features work great. battery life is good. also read reviews about fan being loud i have yet to hear mine go beyond the range of a low whisper. you have to remember that the laptop i used before i got this one was almost 14 years old so this one is amazing to me.

I had a MacBook before this (m1 chip) and it was amazing, however this laptop and what i feel it can do and from what I've been using it for (School and other things) it has held up so well. The touch screen feels so nice and the S pen is really nice. Super easy to use and powerful. Not to mention its SUPER light. The screen is amazing, the picture is just perfect, however something I've noticed though is the battery life isn't bad, but it doesn't last days like my mac did when I didn't use it

This is such a great laptop! It looks and feels like a MacBook Air. The intel evo I5 is great. Touch screen works well. The only thing I wish it had was a matte screen. Battery life is ok, but it really depends on how much work you do. With the amount of work I do as a student, the laptop heats up quite a bit. The fan is a bit loud, but you can always adjust the settings to quiet or silent.

This laptop is very convenient and lightweight can take it wherever. I love Samsung products but this is has a lot of storage capacity and moves fast. The touch screen and the finger print passcode is convenient. The battery last almost all day.

Perfect laptop for me! I wanted something smaller than my 15.6 " Lenovo.. it has very sharp/crisp screen viewing, volume is adequate but would have preferred a bit higher option, keyboard is comfortable and love the option for using Voice.. keyboard keys are comfortably spaced, really enjoy the backlit keyboard, unbelievably lightweight.. battery life is definitely above average. The only con I would mention, and it's not a big deal... is especially when charging or using for quite a while, the fan can be a bit noticeable, but not really a big deal... I caught it on sale for $699, and worth every penny! I really can't say enough good about this laptop, it is absolutely perfect for me!

I am an avid Apple user, but because a training program I was using .exe executables and could't run on Apple, I was forced to either pay for expensive virtual desktop software and a MS license to install a MS operating system, OR...buy a non-Apple laptop that had a MS OS already installed. I chose this laptop because of these factors... 1) It seemed very well built and sturdy if it was going to be portable and flipped from tablet mode to laptop mode. 2) it was very sleek and would not stick out like a sore thumb among all my apple laptops 3) The touchscreen, keyboard, and trackpad all seemed to function very good and there was no annoying lag. 4) I have a bunch of Samsung TVs and I thought having a samsung laptop might introduce some added convenience in some unknown scenario. 6 MONTH Update: PROS: -Laptop still functions perfectly -have not noticed any no lag or slowdowns (and I usually have 50+ tabs open in Chrome) -love all the ports -love the touch screen -still feels solid and well built...hinge has not shown any signs of wear and still works as good as when I purchased it over 6 months ago. -it is compatible with the S-Pen (even though I haven't even tried this) CONS: (there are only 2 that I can think of...and they are weak) -When it is flipped over (in presentation mode) the top bevel is wide so the screen seems far from the top. (normally in laptop mode or tablet mode this isn't noticed) -The laptop is a sleek matte black and the charging cord/cable is white (week I told ya). Overall - I cannot recommend this Samsung laptop enough. If you are looking for a solid laptop for under $750 I think this is the one to get. It's lightweight and solid and is a great 2-in-1.

I love this little thing. It’s got a great battery life, keyboard is smooth, it’s very light and thin. It can also bend backwards so you can watch your favorite videos. I’m very impressed by this one and would recommend it to anyone. I have had no problems with it at all. Love it.

My Lenovo started falling apart after 6yrs. This is much smaller and easier to carry around. I Love it! Light, quick,

The Book2 360 is a very good computer: excellent display, very light, many ports, and very fast. The reason I haven’t given it five stars is the computer tends to run hot and thus the fan turns on often and the battery life is only average. There are performance settings which when set to quiet does reduce the fan from operating as much but with a tradeoff of reduced performance. I purchased mine as refurbished and as a result the price was reduced.

Wow. I am stoked about this purchase. Bought this after discussing my needs with an Intel vendor in store. This model checked all the right boxes - price, hefty battery life, ability to quick charge, lightweight, backlit keyboard that's comfortable type on, even a fingerprint reader. It's smaller - enough so that I have adjusted the size of the pages I'm viewing so that things fit better. If I needed larger text size, it would likely make the viewing experience of most webpages pretty annoying, but the computer I'm replacing is 17" and 7lbs, so I wanted something that's easy to stash in a bag and carry around. In store, the keyboard wasn't my favorite, but in just an hour I've already adjusted to the low-lying keys, which are only slightly less snappy than what I'm used to. This device is seamlessly fast, everything feels sleek and comfortable. The speakers sound great. They get loud enough and produce a full enough sound that I likely don't need to pack my heavy bluetooth speaker when traveling, saving me even more weight and room in my pack. Amazing! The display is amazing, of course. In other reviews, people have complained about the trackpad. I find it to be extremely sensitive and easy to work with. No complaints. As for the other qualms about the camera, it truly is as bad as they say. Shockingly bad. But still not a dealbreaker or even much of a problem for me.

The laptop is ideal for me and my wife. Its light, easy to manipulate, and fast. Very nice design with illuminate keyboards makes it confortable to work with at night.
