    The computer itself is fantastic, but I bought it open box, in supposed "excellent" condition, which should include all the accessories for the laptop, which was just the charger in this case. Unfortunately, it did not come with a charger and there were fingerprints all over the computer. Took it into my local best buy store and they did not have a charger to sell me, so good thing I was able to purchase one off Amazon for cheap.

    I like the computer, for the most part except I take a Zumba class on Zoom three times a week and could never hear the music - people speaking yes, music no. Best Buy Geek Squad couldn't make it work either so the Samsung is going back and I'm getting another MacBook.
