    There is something wrong with the charging system. The charge indicator reads “100%,” but the computer shuts down within a few minutes after detaching the charger. I took it to the Geek Squad at the nearest Best Buy, but they were unable to fix the problem, instead offering to reset the system to factory settings. I reset the system, but the problem persists.

    The sound being at the bottom of the laptop is dumb. Wish i didnt get this laptop. But the screen is great - sound is great - and i love the style of it. Overall not horrible but if you mostly stream movies or tv on your laptop the sounds dont work with all surfaces as all the speakers are on the bottom of the laptop. Poor design.
