Its a very very nice laptop i wanted to keep it but the only problem i have is that the sound is to low the speakers are on the bottom of the laptop so you really get no sound and i like sound but other then that its a good laptop

The salesperson misled me.I asked for a lap top not a chrome book. Didn’t realize until I got home and my technician informed me. I also asked for a all in one machine that would fax Saab and print. Same salesperson sold me a printer that would not fax. Bad in store experience. I am sure this product is fine!!

My Microsoft Surface Pro was 5 years old and needed replacing. I knew when I saw and tried the Samsung Galaxy Book that it would do everything I wanted. Geek Squad transferred all my old programs and documents to the new laptop and I was ready to go.

Still working on getting to no it.................

Runs on the warm side. OK performance $ battery life.

I am still deciding how I feel about my new laptop, but I think it's fine overall. I must say that the store associate that helped me select it was outstanding, one of the best I've worked with at the Longmont Best Buy. I truly appreciated his expertise and help.

Went Bestbuy looking for xps13. This one impressed me. It doesn't come with Spen. It would still work with S22 ultra stylus. But if you plan to use lot of stylus go for the s pen pro as it is more ergonomic

It is a great product, but it seemed to work slow despite the fact that is was running a Core i5 processor. I loved the extra USB ports and the HDMI port. It is a bit heavier than I expected to be so small in size, but it is nice.

My son debated on going with a MAC air due to their reputation of being a high quality dependable and durable product but instead chose to go with this product thinking the similarities in pricing would provide the same quality product and biggest factor was wanting a touchscreen product, he was wrong it didn’t last even one semester in college and warranty would not repair because the screen cracked, he’s had computers all through high school (Lenovo that cost $200) and they could withstand without a crack and this couldn’t last one college semester. Don’t risk it or get some kind of extra warranty not worth the cost at all

The only problem I had with mine was that the fingerprint reader didn’t work all the time. I even deleted all my registered fingerprints snd tried again several times. Other than that os was great. I ended up returning mine

So far thos lenovo 7i with i5 evo is awesome. I never had an updated laptop before. It is great for typing. Little heavy in tablet mode. The color is unique. The screen brightness is not a real issue it looks great to me.

The sound consistently does not work. We can get it to work if we do an entire BIOS updates, but that should not need to happen every time we try to use the PC.

Really great computer I’m more of an Apple person but my employee is not and i still Found it easy to use.

I have slot to learn about my new Samsung Galaxy l, and I am certainly not very tech-minded, but it is fun to discover the things it can do.

Had it for a day, it seemed fine but it could not run examsoft for my school so I had to return it

I will NEVER buy Samsung again. I purchased this on March 26, replacing a 5+ yr old Dell, and July 3 it will not boot up. Chargers, connectors adaptors all working fine but just will not power up. I am in EU for the Summer and the support tells me manufacturers warranty is only valid in US although many Samsung shops over here. I have to send back to US to get it looked at under warranty.

Be ware. Bought new from BB and got it home for my son to use in HS. Though it was a great deal for $700 on sale and comparable in size and specs to a macbook air but at a much less price. It was the AMOLED screen that caught our eyes. Got it home and started setup, everything appears to look and feel normal. Started going through the normal windows setup and account creation. Left the laptop on the desk for my son to continue the apps setup the next day only to horrified by a light cracking sound and hairline crack stemming from the left side hinge all the way across the screen. Son was freaking out thought he did something wrong but I assured him that opening a laptop screen is normal. Its meant to be opened. This is not his first laptop, he had 2 before this and never been forceful with any of them, in fact we still have them in pristine conditions. I assumed the screen must have been damaged during shipping. We packaged it back up and returned it immediately to the store, thank goodness for BB 14 day return. My son was curious and researched similar issues with this exact same problem. Appears there are a great amount of these units that have defective screens or become defective due to a faulty design in the hinges. We opted out for macbook air instead. I never expected this from a Samsung product, given we had so many other samsung products that were great and lasted for years.

Great display, even though it is only FHD. Looks better than that. Very lightweight and cool. Build feels a bit basic.

We have had this computer for a little over a month. It has been used minimally. Today, it froze and would not reset. When we took it to the Best Buy that we purchased it from, we were told they could not help us, that it wasn’t covered under any warranty. They stated they could look at it to possibly repair, but that would cost at least $200! So very disappointed in this purchase!
