Girlfriend loves it, she uses it all the time. It's versatile as it folds and has a touch screen making art or concept creation easy. I can tell she really enjoys it, it seems pretty fast too for a laptop and has a good battery life.

Great product. This device is amazing. The look and feel is Beautiful. The build feels premium compare to other products. The display is outstanding! Beautiful and crisp. The clarity and the colors magical. The whole thing is perfect. Size is great. Small and portable but not to small. Performance is on point. Fast and responsive. The evo i5 works well. No complaints especially for the kind of tasks that my kid will do with it. Totally recommended.

I really enjoy this considering I used to have a MacBook. I like the finger ID touch they have. I love the vibrant colors and how light weight it is. I just think it gets hot a bit fast and battery life is ideal if you aren’t on it for a long time

Constant fans, shameful amount of bloat

First off, this is a beautiful, sleek windows ultrabook. Keyboard and track pad are outstanding, touch screen is very responsive (albeit gimmicky), and 12th gen is snappy despite the 8gb of ram. What doesn't work is just about everything else, because this machine runs warm all of the time. Fans are constantly on and it is a quiet fan but it's noticeable, even on 'quiet' preset. Sure, you can run it down on 'silent' at the cost of the machine becoming very warm or just get used to it with 'optimized' and 'performance' which will turn it into almost a constant whine. Nice fans, but fans none the less. It's probably just the design because this machine is so thin and light, it's almost unbelievable - bit in use it's not up to par. Samsung really should've went with a cooler chip (AMD) here. Screen is very bright, speakers are very good but not Macbook level and are bottom firing. Hinge is stiff and doesn't wobble when you type, feels sturdy, but once again overall build is not quite Macbook - but what is in Windows land. The biggest annoyance was Windows 11's shameful amount of bloat out of the box and Samsung adding in every app they've ever created onto this poor little guy. From minute one, Bixby is on there monitoring your mic, tons of duplicate programs and sloppy Samsung apps thrown around with another app to manage the app. For instance, you'll have Samsung's version of Airdrop, then Samsung's Airdrop manager too. It's pretty bad, considering you paid American currency for this thing. Not to mention Microsoft shilling out to Facebook, Tiktok and whomever else threw money at them. Once you uninstall all the bloat, and let it update, the fans die down quite a bit which is nice. Knocking the scale down to 125% makes it much better and I don't even mind the lack of 16:10 ratio after this change. I bought this with the intention of keeping it for casual use and for a good couch laptop, but the fan is making me strongly consider returning it for a laptop with better optimization. I think if you have a Samsung phone and enjoy the integration with your PC then this could be a good pick. If you're looking for a premium Windows ultrabook then you better be alright with fans running almost constantly.

This laptop is perfect for my school needs. It’s incredibly lightweight, making it easy to carry around campus. The touch screen is responsive and convenient for interactive tasks, and its foldable design allows it to transform into a notepad, which is perfect for taking handwritten notes or sketching diagrams. The versatility and portability of this device make it an excellent choice for students.

The 13.3 inch book2 has a lot of really nice features. One thing I dont like about it is how hot it gets. After about only 20 minutes of web searching it starts to heat up and gets really warm and you can hear the fan go off. I personally worried about the longevity of the device because of this plus its just annoying. But it may be something you could grt used to. After the fan goes for a little it does cool down and quiet down but will periodically do this.

It's thin. And light. And it's probably annoying to all the other laptops similar to this one who doesn't have as many of the i/o ports as this one. It even has a micro sd slot. It's thinner than a Surface pro 9 with the type cover. It's light. but the bezels are too thin. In tablet mode, it becomes too easy to hit that "x" on that open tab in the corner. or move the curser to the middle of the page. It gets annoying. I also wish there was better pen storage. If you have an old Galaxy tab S, the s-pen will work on this. Or you could buy a S-pen easily. The problem, is storing it. If you get a magnetic s-pen, there's a spot behind the screen where it can live. But if you open it fully into tablet mode, then there's no home for the s-pen. I miss the days of integrated storage. I understand no one liked the super thin s-pens. I also understand, that would probably mean the whole laptop would become thicker. The screen is gorgeous. It looks nice. You compare it to similarly numbered screens, and it just looks better. The extra brightness helps also. Movies look great on this. Unfortunately, you can't really hear those movies. The speakers on this are trash. They are there, but dialogue isn't clear. I cranked up the volume all the way up in my quiet bedroom and still had trouble. It improved slightly with a BIOS update, but still left much to be desired. If it's on sale, pick it up. It's not a performance machine, or a gaming machine. But for day to day tasks like MS Office and webbrowsing, it'll work, and it'll work well. If you're in samsung's ecosystem you'll love this. In my opinion, chrome on windows is far better than crome on dex or chrome on chromebooks.

This is a very sleek laptop, and it’s nice and thin making it easy to carry and transport, and it has one of the most beautiful laptop screens I have ever seen, however it didn’t take too long for me to notice that just some light use will get the fans spinning and the bottom of the laptop will become rather warm. On top of that, because the laptop is for some reason heating up and working harder than it needs to, the battery drains faster than it should. I only get 5 to 6 hours of battery, as opposed to my previous laptop, a 2016 Dell XPS getting up to 10/11 hours of battery on the same load. It’s build quality is relatively sturdy, made of mostly aluminum, but it’s hinges feel a little flimsy, and I have heard of hinge failure sometimes even cause the screen to crack. Ultimately, if you are just buying the laptop to have a nice laptop, I’d go with a surface, XPS, or MacBook, but if you’re in the Samsung ecosystem this isn’t a bad laptop and despite warming up and having meh battery life, it stays responsive and looks great, and has Samsung specific features you could take advantage of.

Best laptop purchase Ive made so far and spent the least amount of money. I purchased what I needed instead of trying to purchase for future and trying to get all of the lastest features. In 3-4 years youre going to need ro replace it anyway. Dont spend over $700 if possible. This laptop is a gem with speed, most of the new features that I will actually use, and portability. Love it.

This is the first PC i have owned in quite a while. I have been working primarily from Chromebooks these last few years. I had been looking for something new but I hadn't been able to find a Chromebook that I like lately but came across this deal. What I like about the Samsung Galaxy Book 2 straight out is the build quality. I have never owned a PC with this type of build quality. The Galaxy Book 2 feels a lot like a MacBook Air M1. Over the MBA or even Chromebook, What I like about the Galaxy Book 2 is the ability to control the fans, and how often they come on. When the fans are on, they are very quiet, and with the ability to control the fans you can make them even quieter. How I use the Galaxy Book 2 is like a Chromebook. I use Chrome apps for all my working needs, and you can also make web apps for Office products. In the time that I have owned the GB2 has it ever felt uncomfortably warm? I would recommend this product to someone who is going to use the device for Office, Web Browsing, Paying Bills and etc. I would not recommend for anyone who is looking for a device for compeitive gaming, or more intensive games like Control, or Hogwarts.
