This laptop is great. It is fast working and very easy to use.

My HP laptop I got at Cmas decided to not make it through the trip abroad so I was stuck buying something last minute. I went into to Best Buy grabbing a Microsoft laptop and then noticed this one. Being not well versed in computers, all I knew was I needed a laptop that could function like my brain: with at least 40 internet tabs open at all times AND a touch screen. This laptop does that and it even does it efficiently. I am in love! It is light weight and small. Charges quick. Super compatible with my samsung phone and earbuds and the graphics are pretty. It kind of takes the sting out of my HP breaking bc I love this one SO much more. I do have smaller hands so it being a smaller laptop is good. I assume all the other things are good too. So far so good!

Great value. Super compact. Adds virtually no extra weight to your bag/backpack. With all the features and power of a full windows laptop.

Pros: Very impressive performance from the 12th-gen i5. Excellent build quality (assembled in Vietnam). Beautiful screen with vibrant color and amazing contrast. Cons: Loaded with Samsung software that is of limited value (to me) and which takes considerable time to uninstall. High-intensity applications drain battery pretty quickly (but battery life is otherwise good for browsing or watching video).

Very fast, light, works good. I tried to find a laptop not made in China. This is made In Vietnam not sure much better.

This laptop is so convenient for me to study. It’s light weight and run smooth on almost softwares I need. I strongly recommend it

i really like the speed of the laptop. i don't like that it didn't come with a pen like the newer version does. I also don't like the border off the screen. It appears as if it could just pop off from it and it does make a snappy noise when i am cleaning the screen (even though i do it gently). overall it gets the job done. i will say when I first had it the first month or 2 was great, afterwards i kept getting blue screens for rebooting and a lot of update requests which I did, because I use this laptop specifically for my business.

Good working speed, very nice touch screen, great for office works, very light and handy

After three weeks, so far, so good. A little hassle getting up to speed with Windows 11; too much razzle-dazzle with little added benefit IMHO. Attempting to have display look like my old Dell after seven years of W8 and 10. I'm working the Geek squad pretty hard. Unit is quick, quiet, with lots of battery time. Pretty decent Owner's Manual available to print out. No more clunky Dell charger system! Disappointed that owner can't replace battery per Samsung but it's alleged to have a long life and Geeks says we can probably get around that.

Surprisingly pleased given such a thin laptop. Well built and fast, snappy web browsing, maneuvering across the system. Actually like the fact that Samsung included their apps (lion share can be removed if not desired). Battery is pretty solid (8-10 hrs …web search, music playing, video watching). Cannot figure out why HDMI is limiting external monitor resolution to 1920 X 1080 / still digging into this one. Numerous ports and a nice micro SD card slot that goes all the way end (no over-hang). Very pleased after 24-hr experience.

I am Apple. I like Apple. But, I am on a committee that is all Microsoft. I bought this so that I didn’t have to go back and forth between the operating systems. I will say the single USB port was unfortunate. I needed to buy a port to plug in a mouse and a flash drive. That took my rating down to four stars. I don’t play games on it so I can’t talk about the graphics. But, it is a nice size and it does what I need it to do.

I love this computer! Processes like a phone: quick and efficient, operates like a laptop. Perfect combination!

Very fast, easy to controll every movement. Looks small screen but i can manage other applications. Very thin and light.

Love this laptop for the most part. I would like to see the battery last a little longer but that’s my only complaint. I love the touch screen. And I have dropped it once or twice and it remains in perfect functioning condition.
