Very nice laptop and fast. Comes with Windows 11 but NOT Windows Hello for facial recognition login. Samsung does not have IR built into the front camera for this feature to work so youre stuck with pin/password/fingerprint for login. The screen is nice.

I have been an Apple gal my whole life. and when it was time to get a new laptop after my HP, I decided to branch out. A Best Buy member helped me find the perfect laptop for my needs and I was surprised when he recommended a Samsung. I was not disappointed by any aspect of this laptop.

Great feature-rich laptop with minimal bloat. I returned it due to a better promotion however I was extremely satisfied with it while I had it. I did remove a star due to the lack of ports.

This laptop has been a dream come true!! I have gone a LOOOONG time without getting my own and now with this I feel like I can take over the world!! I purchased this when it was on a good sale and I regret nothing!!! I was even able to afford the extended and now have plenty of peace of mind!

I like the machine. I don't like 11's habit of changing the screen size with the smallest movement of the mouse and then I can't figure how to get it back to the original size!

It is very good computer but it needs to be modified its heating system

Due to catching Covid, I was not able to use the laptop within the first 14 days. On day 17 (out of my 15 day return window), I finally started using it and noticed a crack in the screen. Sadly, nothing can be done by either Best Buy or Samsung, so I am now stuck with an expensive purchase that is flawed. I wish I had other positive things to say about this laptop, but besides it being lightweight, everything else seems subpar to my older - yet more reliable - HP models. Even if I was the one who somehow caused the crack in the screen, this laptop would still not earn a high rating from me due to the fragility of it. I will not be purchasing anything of this magnitude from Best Buy again when I can have a longer return timeframe from other vendors.

Velocity and screen definition is excellent, but the laptop feels fragile; not resistant to everyday use in college or work environment.

Good laptop small, but powerful. Would highly recommend for business travel

I went in looking for a tablet to replace one, yet when I asked about open box discounts & was showed this particular item for a similar price, that made my choice so much easier.

I would not buy this, the battery power is "advertised" at 21 hrs. When I received mine, just having the power on, day 1, the battery lasted 4 hours, after a couple of days, it went to 2 hours...just on, not using it for anything. I returned it of course and the new replacement wasn't much better; battery lasted about 6 hrs doing the most basic tasks, checking web sites, a few easy spreadsheets, word type documents, but this didn't last long either...within about 6 weeks the batter life dropped considerably below the horrible 6 hours, to about 3 hours. Worse yet, you couldn't even charge it while using it, when plugged in, as long as it was "open", it would still lose the charge. When off and closed, after about 2 months of use, it takes about 24-36 hrs to get to full charge; to use about 3 hrs for the most basic tasks. Something desperately wrong with these models of laptops.

Easy to use, fast, battery life is great, and I love the sleek look. All around, the best laptop I could have got.

Nice is a great laptop work perfect if you’re looking for a computer for university this is the best option
