Poor warranty

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a problem with the left shift key sticking from the day I bought this and sent it in to Samsung warranty repair to replace the keyboard two times, but they never replaced the keyboard and said it was fine. Now I just use an external keyboard most of the time to avoid the CAPs issues related to a stuck shift key. Poor warranty.

Tried to get it repaired but Samsung doesn’t build their laptops for repair. Computer version of fast furniture.

It was also on sale which was also nice. The computer itself was super sleek and the pen was the best part! Unfortunately the problems started with the wifi. Got it all set up and noticed a wifi issue almost immediately. I restarted the router and all of the other devices were working just fine. Looked up the issue to realize that these computers do not hold a consistent and stable connection with WiFi 6E. There is a wifi chip malfunction in the laptop itself. Worked with IT for hours and tried everything we found online. Disabled settings, plugging it into the router, modifying code, restarting it countless times. Nothing worked. The wifi would drop every 10-15 minutes. Pretty disappointing that Best Buy and Samsung know of this issue yet still sell these computers without any relief of the issue. I guess money is more important than fixing an issue and keeping paying customers happy. Quantity over quality.

Charged fast, but battery efficiency is 75% lower than what was described in an advertisement. Therefore I gave only three stars. Zero star for battery performance.
