I went into this purchase optimistically because the requirements I need a laptop to be for my use standards are set high. This laptop was a huge disappointment. It’s barely capable of processing drone data. And incapable of 3D rendering.. it runs AutoCAD, but barely. There is severe amount of lag… the one pro is the screen is beautiful. And very responsive while surfing or something like adobe… there are no cooling fans so once it starts to heat up under a medium load you can put your seatbelt on cause it’s gonna be a bumpy ride… I was told at the store I’d be able to update the ram, which come to find out you cannot!! You are stuck with the 16 ram card for life!! Also. Handle this thing like a newborn baby!! It’s very very very fragile!! It does have the best battery life of any laptop I’ve ever owned… for the price of this laptop you can buy a far more superior machine

This is a great "Jack of all trades" laptop with high-quality finishes. It is fast and reliable. Its only negative IMHO is the screen resolution. It only went up to FHD! My Chromebook is even 4k. For that price, I would expect a better display. if that is not a big deal to you... this is a great machine.

Great performance for the price. Quality of the product is also really good. I owned a samsung laptop like 10 years ago and I was not very happy with it, but I can see that this new laptop is built very nicely. I honestly got this lapopt because I wanted to be in a full samsung environment which is quite useful for me.

Very satisfied with this purchase. I use it for virtual work and it meets all my needs. The camera and microphone work great for virtual meetings. The slim profile allows me to transport it easily.

This is a very good laptop. The only problem is the fan will sound like it wants to take off when the laptop gets warm. Do not have any overheating issues but I did get a stand to help get air flow under it. Performance is great and works well with my Samsung phone

I would recommend this laptop to anyone. It is affordable, quick delivery, easy to setup and use, with max. features, and easy to travel with. I love the fingerprint login feature. Also, the chat representatives are very knowledgeable, professional and easy to communicate with.

Bought this laptop for my wife so she can do her online studies to get her master's degree in support learning. It works great for her and she also uses it for her crafts. She runs her cricket on the and her sublimation printer too.

I love the Galaxy book! My model is a little older, so im sure theyve gotten even better! I do notice that the wife card isn't as great compared to a newer Dell I have for work, but I imagine that the tech is just getting better

Excellent performance overall in a 15.6" device that is amazingly lightweight but very sturdy.
