    Super thin laptop/tablet

Truly amazing how thin this laptop is yet how big it is. I was really surprised to hear that it has a fan in it when it was getting warm. Nearly a full size keyboard with a number pad and more screen space than your average tablet. A crystal clear AMOLED touchscreen and a full size s-pen to boot. Powerful Intel based Windows 11 laptop with all the additional features of the Samsung Galaxy market like screen share and syncing across your other Galaxy devices. It has the familiarity of Windows and my S22 Ultra at the same time. The specs don’t allow you to do any real gaming, but it is pretty beefy for most productivity type activities. In a PC Mark 10 test, it actually came in higher than some other laptops I have had over the years that had better video cards but similar new generation chips and RAM. The overall PC Mark score I received was 5340 with highest results in photo, apps and essentials. This is evident in how snappy it is to load applications and clearly meant for the artistic and visual types that would rather use a pen than type. The only things I find a little odd about this device is the huge touchpad and the lack of a place to securely store the S pen. The touchpad looks big enough to be its own drawing pad, but does not work with the pen. It kind of makes the typical right/left clicking of the touchpad a hit or miss until you get used to the far reach of each side. The S-Pen is actually thicker than the majority of the laptop, so I understand not having a specific place for it. At least the pen has a flat magnetic side to it that will stick in a few places around the laptop. The clicking of the S-Pen is only useful while you are within close proximity or touching the screen, but that also eliminates the need to charge it. Using the Book2 Pro as a tablet gives a huge drawing space and the size of the S pen feels more natural than the small S pen of the phone devices. The screen is like drawing on glass and with the S Pen it didn’t react to my hand resetting on the screen. AMOLED screens give great color variation and deep contrast to black. However, the only downside to previous Samsung Galaxy devices and their AMOLED screens has been burn-in if you leave certain icons on over extended use. Battery life claims to be “up to 20 hours” and they do have the footnote that it varies with use. On regular use, connected to Wi-Fi with the keyboard backlit, you do get several hours, but looking around 5 with “normal” use for me. You do get a USB-C fast charger that brings it back to charge fairly quickly. You have three USB-C ports, a headphone jack and a micro-SD card port that makes it super easy to transfer photos from a camera or something on the go. It also has a Full HD camera for video conferencing or recording on the go. I’d say it feels a little sub par compared to the one on my S22 Ultra though. Overall, this is a really impressive 2-in-1 device. Powerful enough to do photo editing and productivity while being slim and light enough to fit in an average bag. Now if there was just an easier way to get Google Play apps to run in Windows than trying to run emulators.

This laptop is garbage do not waste your money!!! I had it just sitting on a soft towel on my dresser for days barely used it, in a very good case 1 time and the screen cracked across 1 corner....after 4 days!!! The screen is super thin fragile glass, I returned it and went with the iPad 12.9 Pro, way better!

The Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 2-in-1 laptop in Silver has exceeded my expectations in both performance and design. This sleek machine boasts an impressive combination of features that make it a standout choice. At its core, the Intel 12th Gen Evo Core i7 processor delivers snappy performance, handling tasks with ease. The 16GB DDR5 memory ensures smooth multitasking, and the generous 1TB SSD offers ample storage space for all my files and applications. The 15.6" AMOLED touch screen is simply breathtaking. Colors are vivid, and the contrast is superb. Whether I'm watching 4K videos or editing high-resolution photos, the display shines, and the touch responsiveness is impeccable. The 2-in-1 functionality adds a layer of versatility to my workflow. I can seamlessly switch between laptop and tablet mode, making it ideal for both productivity and entertainment. The build quality is solid, and the laptop feels sturdy yet lightweight. Battery life has been outstanding, providing me with all-day usage without needing to constantly search for a power outlet. It's a true on-the-go companion. In terms of design, the Silver color gives it a premium look and feel. The slim profile and minimalistic design are aesthetically pleasing, and the backlit keyboard is a nice touch for late-night work sessions. Connectivity options are ample, with a variety of ports to cover my needs, including Thunderbolt 4 for fast data transfer. Overall, the Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 is a stellar 2-in-1 laptop that balances power and style effortlessly. It's perfect for professionals who demand performance and anyone who appreciates a top-tier display. This laptop has quickly become an integral part of my daily routine.

The Samsung Galaxy book2 pro is an incredible versatile machine with the power to match, It continues to exceed my expectations in just about every way. The Irish Xe graphics is a very good performer, especially for casual gamer like mysefl, and video and photo editing is a breeze.. My most pleasant surprise is the 15,6 amoled display, It is absolutely stunning for a full HD resolution. Honestly, I cannot tell the difference from a 4k display. When I consider purchasing any laptop, the quality of the audio is a deal breaker for me. I travel a lot and like the conveince of listening to music through the external speakers. The audio is loud and clear, with lows and midrange perfectly balanced for a very full and rich sound. The Wacom pen technology is a treat for artists, providing one of the best drawing and note taking experinces I have ever had. The 2-1, 360 viewing option is icing on the cake. Due to its very light form factor you can enjoy watching videos in tent mode, movie mode, or as a tablet, without the weight feeling clumsy and awkward. Not to mension the long lasting battery for a worry free full day of use. One thing I would wish for, however, that is lacking on the Galaxy book2 pro is a greater selection of ports, but with all of the other user friendly features, it is not a deal breaker for me.

A Great Value and Worth The Money

I purchased this computer to replace an older 2-in-1 laptop that I had maxed out. The specs for this one sounded too good to be true for the price - high end processor, 16 gigs of memory, and a 1 terabyte SSD hard drive. The salesman (who was very helpful and patient) found an open-box one that had really never been used so I decided to buy it. WOW! The screen is great (although I use a separate monitor most of the time) and it is FAST. Plenty of room for my programs, documents, photos, and videos. The computer is very light, especially considering the size of the screen and it fits easily into my backpack when I have to travel. My only complaint is that it could use a couple of more ports - there are only two USB-C ports in addition to the USB-C port used by the charger, plus a slot for SD cards. However, an inexpensive port expander takes care of that problem at a relatively low cost. In short, I think that this laptop is worth the money and I would purchase it again.

Laptop shopping these days can be very daunting with all the choices and everyone claiming to be the very best. My suggestion is stick to companies you can trust that make high quality products and Samsung fits the bill. Pros: *Fantastic AMOLED Screen with thin bezel *Keyboard lights up *Fingerprint unlocking works fantastic *Touchscreen *Respectable battery life Cons: *Heavy and cumbersome to use as tablet *Unnecessary 10-key with the keyboard *No place to store the included pen *Horrible gaming laptop The design of the Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 is what initially drew me to this line. A laptop that can double as a tablet. While it sounds good on paper, the implementation is not fantastic. Tablets are light and thin. This laptop when converted to a tablet is neither light nor thin. It’s actually quite awkward to use it as a tablet. Besides the tablet shortcomings, the Book2 Pro is a well rounded laptop with the proper specs for productivity. The version I'm reviewing has the latest 12th gen intel i7, 16GB of RAM and 1TB of SSD storage. All very well respected stats. I primarily edit photos with Lightroom and this Book2 Pro is great to do quick edits and culls before doing final edits on a calibrated external display. Fantastic battery life for web browsing and even watching netflix. The AMOLED screen is amazing and sets this laptop above all other laptops that don't have this tech in their screen. AMOLED allows for brilliant color and most importantly, real black for an infinite amount of contrast. The screen is also touch sensitive. I find myself touching the screen rather than using the touchpad in some instances because of how easy it is to do. Movies are a joy to watch on this Book2 Pro. But do pair it to a nice set of headphones because the built in speakers are horrible. In fact any laptop with downward firing speakers is not ideal. Samsung could have easily had speakers on top but the large keyboard with 10-key takes up all the real estate. I would have traded in the 10-key for top firing speakers. In summary, I do enjoy using the Galaxy Book2 Pro 360. Great for users in or out of the Samsung Galaxy ecosystem. It would nearly be perfect if it had a place to store the pen, remove the 10-key and better speaker placement. The specs are just right for productivity and design but not fantastic for gaming. I tried playing multiplayer Halo Infinite and could only muster 30fps and crashes within minutes. Besides a few shortcomings, a fantastic laptop for the price and you won’t be disappointed. Gamers need not apply.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the new Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360. The processing power and efficiency of the new i7-1260P processor is actually pretty surprising, and it performs extremely well. It would have been nice to see this updated model introduced with the new Intel Arc discrete GPU however the Intel Xe performs pretty well for what it's intended for. PROS * At 0.47" thick and 3.1 lbs. it's pretty shocking to see a 15.6" laptop this size in person * Beautiful and vibrant AMOLED touch screen with deep contrasts. It's 1080p but due to the rich picture quality, anything more is just overkill. * With the i7-1260P (12-core) processor, there is plenty of power on tap to get anything done quickly, and at only 28w it's very efficient. * Preloaded with Samsung software such as Samsung Notes, which makes everything easy to sync with your Samsung phone * Thermals are decent for a unit this thin, but not optimal. Easily rectified using a high quality thermal paste. * Battery life is great. So far, I get around 8-9 hours at 50% brightness on efficiency mode doing standard tasks * Touchpad is buttery smooth, and uses precision drivers * S-Pen included CONS * Key travel is a bit too shallow for my taste * There is a 2nd SSD slot, but it's 2230 format instead of 2280 (like the primary drive) even though there is room for it.

This is quite a machine! Fast, great keyboard with number keypad included for efficiency. Also has fabulous color and clarity. Nice touch screen, backlit keyboard and light weight at only 3 pounds. Charges really quick. Samsung sets it so the battery will only charge to about 83% in order to have a longer battery life. It is charged via the USB-C port or Thunderbolt 4 port with the included cable and charger. I must say I had to dig around the weeds to find this info so I hope it helps others with their purchase.

I ordered this laptop after becoming frustrated with the slowness of my old laptop. I can honestly say, this is THE BEST purchase I have made in a long time!! It is way faster than me previous laptop (HP), has more space, is lighter, faster and easier to manage. I love the overall design! I am now a therapist who types, downloads, watches videos and conducts meetings with no issues!!! I have experienced NO downside to the laptop's functionality. Just a suggestion, I use a microSD card just to ensure I do not clutter the hard drive with unnecessary documents. I love that it has a jack for headphones, which I use for telehealth. The display is wonderful, colors are bright, easy on the eyes and easily adjustable. The fact that it is touchscreen and doubles as a tablet is such an added bonus. Again I have zero complaints!!!!

The bad first - the sound / speakers is on the book and doesnt sound great, if its on a flat surface its not bad and tolerable but if youre sitting say on a coach or something where you have more cover on the bottom of the laptop the mic is muffled and sounds like poop terrible design flaw and lack of common sense from a vendor being around for 30 years the good battery life touch screen picture quality speed

I recently upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro 360, and I couldn't be more impressed. Performance-wise, the Intel 12th Gen Evo Core i7 processor coupled with 16GB DDR5 memory delivers lightning-fast speed and multitasking capabilities. This is a great laptop. It is able to run multiple graphic intensive, high memory use design applications at the same time with no evidence of lag. It is ultra thin and light weight. I currently have it set up with 3 monitors and it works like a dream with a Dell WD19 docking station, so likely many other docking stations as well. I use this for work, so I'm not sure how it would function when used for gaming, but the graphics are beautiful and sufficient for my needs. The only drawback (to me at least) is that there are no USB-A ports. If you don't have a USB-C dongle for a wireless mouse and/or keyboard, you will need a docking station to use those devices. Overall, I am quite happy with this PC and would highly recommend it to others.

I have been shopping for laptop's or a notebook when BestBuy, had almost exactly what I was looking for in the Samsung Pro2 360, 1 TB SSD, 16 GIG RAM, I7-1260P Intel processor, that can over clock up to 4Ghz, lighted keyboard, with easy to use keys, fingerprint access, all I added was an external CD/RW for just a few bucks more, great battery life, and just an awesome all around lighting fast system. I certainly would suggest this computer to any of my friends, that are looking for a lightweight all around system, with a GREAT Black Friday discount. You just can not go wrong with this package.

This thing is pretty much amazing on all levels. Firstly, it is so light that I can barely tell the difference between it and my 12.9" iPad Pro with a slim case on it when I carry it. However, it doesn't feel cheap or weak in construction. The AMOLED screen is beautiful, and again, I wanted the contrast similar to my iPad; I got that for sure. Colors are amazing. I never used it at 100% brightness because it just melts my eyes out. I'm mainly using it for school, so I tend to be on the move and looking for battery life without dimming the thing so bad that it ruins my enjoyment or turning down settings that truly affect performance in the real world application. I mainly have the brightness at 80% when plugged in and 70% in other places. I put it on both "efficiency" mode in Windows and the "Quiet" option in Samsung Settings and will get up to 10 hours using 1-4 tabs of Chrome and MS Office programs. I notice zero true slow-down in these modes. It would be a deal breaker if I did because I paid a premium for the performance. I rarely need it for 10 hours, but it is nice to know I can get it if I need it. The ONLY con for me is the key travel on the keyboard. It does have very light tactility, but you won't be feeling to much tactile feedback. I suppose this had to be this way considering how thin and light this thing is. I highly recommend this laptop, and I'm an enthusiast PC builder for 20 years and a mechanical keyboard collector for 10. I may just be a laptop guy from here on out if they are as nice as this thing.
