Very light, speedy, and great for work and studying. The speaker volume are little lower than hoped though

High quality build and system. New snapdragon chip is fast and battery life is amazing. Yes it’s not for gaming, but I expect this computer to last years through college, had a previous model, still great after 3 years.

I love this computer. I use it primarily for work and it has been great. I primarily use it for Microsoft Suite (excel, word, powerpoint, outlook, teams), my Cricut, and Canva and have had zero issues. The screen seems small when the laptop is at a regular desk/table height--I need it 6-8 inches higher and feel like I am not squinting anymore. I like the touch screen capability, even though I forget to use it. I feel like I can replace my current tablet with this computer.

Great looking laptop.. sleek, love the back lit keyboard . Really nice screen.. coming from a chrome book the software is better.. apps take some getting used too.. no free Microsoft word or Google sheets.. have to find a free app for stuff like that... Nice battery.. figure print reader is awesome. Overall great .. got it as a Christmas gift for my wife.. May get one when. Mine bites the dust

Got this laptop after having my old laptop since 2018 and the difference is almost unbelievable. Not much to say that others hsvent already said but if you can find it on sale definitely get one. One thing to note though, if you plan to do a little gaming, the fand can get kind of loud.

I absolutely LOVE this computer. I have a Samsung phone and tablet and can easily send files between devices. I can use my tablet to extend my computer screen. Has a good battery life and charges really fast. It is slim enough that I can carry it in my purse. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Small, compact and works great for quick drawing when out.

This laptop is very easy to use but has so much functionality as well. Definitely glad I got a laptop that doubles as a tablet. Got the Wacom One pen to go with it for taking notes and drawing and I have no complaints. Very light and thin as well.

The computer is very easy to set up and link to your Samsung device. The device share is the best part. Great little laptop. Also buying from Best Buy you don’t have to get a line subscription like you would at a verizon.
