    If I could give ZERO stars, I would! I loved this laptop which I purchased in January 2024. I love the size, speed was fine and I love the touchscreen. Now it is FIFTEEN months later and my laptop just STOPPED WORKING. I got conned into buying Geek Squad membership for them to tell me the board is the issue abs would cost $968 to fix. I paid $699 plus tax!!

    Slim good samsung galaxy laptop under buget. Screen is amoled, Ram is 8 gb, notvubgradable but thats fine for average software since now most of the services are cloud. 512 gb ssd , usable is 450gb. Windows 11 is good. No webcam protector, that is somethings which now coming with all other brands of laptop. Average battery backup.
