However, as a user not familiar with MSwindows11, Im finding it a difficult to start the functions that I was used to having. I got to Zoom, search the net. BUt for example, I was watching a you tube live broadcast and couldn't figure out how to hook this up to my bluetooth speaker. I"Where's a simple add another device option?," I wondered. Anyway I could prolly use an hour of time from a professional. PEACE! SHaron- Allentown, PA.

It’s small size and light weight makes it very noisy to work with as the fan has to constantly be on as it overheats even when you just opened it. The graphics are really grainy making it difficult to use as a tablet. Really disappointing considering how good the Book 2 model was.

However, gets kind hot when working with it and the Keyboard is not the most comfortable to type on, not to mention that the keyboard gets in the way and kind of annoying when using as a tablet. Has a beautiful display - otherwise just a mediocre laptop.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. All Galaxy devices have a set temperature range, where they operate at their best. While they may feel warm under certain conditions, like charging, this does not affect the device's lifespan or performance. However, if your devices get too warm, it could cause some issues. It's normal for the fan to get louder if the PC is working hard and should quiet down when the task is complete. Gaming and video rendering are notorious for pushing a computer. If the fan is running hard during normal use, there's a few things that can be done. Take a moment to review, "Samsung PC cooling fan noise" to troubleshoot your device when you have the availability in your schedule.
