    I love this laptop, it is thin, lightweight and user friendly. There is one pain point. The volume on the machine is very, very low. The comparison between my current laptop and this one is significant. I may have to return it for THAT REASON ONLY. I don't want to have to have a secondary speaker everytime I use it.

    Very good laptop so far. Was looking for a lot of memory, good picture and brightness (nits). This one hit the mark with all three and was on sale with a great price. Was not looking at Samsung initially. Glad I purchased this one vs. Lenova Yoga and Dell Inspiron. Also has separate numbers keypad.

    The 2-in-1 laptop is very convenient and useful. When you open the laptop, it will automatically turn on, which is really fast. The fan is not noisy at all.
