More than 2 years ago I bought still is working like new

I have two additional screens running from the laptop. I only gave it 3 stars on speed because I do a lot within multiple applications that are saved in the cloud with about 20 tabs open in Chrome. I have had to wait a few times for everything to catch up to continue working.

Great product, disply quality is good and performance is up to the mark.

This purchase has turned out to be adequate for my needs and runs faster than my previous laptop.

Pretty easy to do the initial setup. Was able to install my MS Office apps easily as well.

Solid little laptop. Decently priced for the performance and memory capacity, the AMOLED screen is a nice touch too. Will be great for productivity and school/work. Integrated graphics will make gaming difficult if you decide to use it for that.

this lap top is much more durable than the book 2 360 pro I had previously. The screen would break constantly but i can already tell the screen thickness is more durable on this model. Glad I upgraded. I didn't need the Pro so i just stayed with the book3 360.

I really liked this place the very friendly staff the purchase was quick and simple I definitely recommend buying here.

I loved the device itself but the screen broke on me within 3 weeks just from opening the laptop so thats disappointing, took 2 weeks to fix so ive been without it about as long as ive had it. Other than that it works and looks great

This laptop is so great. The imaging is so crisp and clear. I use this for editing photos for my photography business. My business partner loved mine so much that she also purchased one. Highly recommended this laptop!

Started out fine ,was a gift at xmas. Lasted 11 weeks before the screen began cracking from just opening and closing the screen. Has the dreaded screen crack syndrom that dozens complain about online. Samsung will not warranty it and claim physical damage, even though its a design flaw. The screen is so thin it flexes and cracks itself. Dont buy this laptop unless you want to spend $700 to replace a screen and leave it open always without moving it. Sounds ridiculous for a laptop that is supposed to be transportable huh. Samsung is the worst manufacturer of laptops , this issue started with the Galaxybook 2 and continues today with new models.

I LIKE THE BIG SCREEN. I WISH THE BATTERY LASTED MORE THAN A DAY.

This is the best laptop in this price range for professional and entertainment use. Though I would not recommend this to hardcore gamers otherwise it is superb

Incredible - though Win 11 seems to have some glitches that I would like to turn off. Great advise from Best Buy Computer Sales People! Inside the system it is great also 64 bit. This is far better that system I purchased originally. All the best, RIch

Purchased Samsung Galaxy Book 3 with protection plan. Unfortunately the screen cracked through no user fault. Best Buy rocked and refunded total. Good business Best Buy!

I enjoy it, but I am still trying to figure out certain aspects of it.

The laptop was pricey even with the substantial Black Friday discount. However, I can tell it is high quality. My past two laptops have been Dells and both had terminal battery issues. I'm hoping my nee Samsung will last longer than three years.

All the features we wanted, plus plenty of memory for better speed, and $550 off, made it irresistible. Easy setup, and working fine so far. Would have liked at least one more USB-A connection. I always use a mouse, and that’s all there is.

We bought this computer on seen, just off review and images for the Best Buy sight. My wife love the computer, she loves it more then the her last computer, thinking she would never leave that one behind, so completely satisfied with the purchase.
