I'm enjoying my computer but it is a little slow and dragging when I attempt to watch videos. This is a little aggravating.

Despite not having the higher resolution screen that the pro does, I thought this was a great alternative to the Pro.

Its a good laptop. I have not had any issues, and the resolution of the screen is great.

I honestly expected a little more considering the price range it normally goes for. I bought this on Black Friday and still am not loving it for the price I paid. I also use a base model MacBook Air and it performs far beyond this laptop. Worth mentioning the graphics are not very good, fingerprint scanner doesn’t work half the time, and battery is very mediocre.

Works pretty good so far. I wish it had a bit of a better battery life but it's still a great purchase.

I wish it had more inputs, as well as more powered inputs. Other than that, it is meeting my needs.

I like this 2 in 1 a lot. It is functional for my home needs.

I pre order this samsung book 3 laptop. cannot wait to get it

The touchpad is really sensitive, but overall, it's a good device

Good , efficient, portable. Does all the basics you need .

I know that this is a nice laptop because this is the latest for 2023

Only issue is when typing some times it lags really bad.

Best buy is always the best place to buy and convenient.

THis and all other Samsung notebooks are garbage. Due to design error, the screen corners are literally exposed outside and slightest bump will crack the screen and touchpad becomes erratic. Most modern laptops are piece of crap and any laptop I used did not last more than 2 years (top) but This Samsung garbage only lasted me for few months and become unusable. I am only getting by disabling touchscreen but non-touch screen variants are several hundred dollars cheaper to the last. Kudos to messy and erraitc Samsung support, text messaging ensued between me and number of disembodied operator and sometimes all sort of different confused support personnel with last one literally telling me on the face if it is Ok to close the support giving me a gaslighting with broken laptop, high in the dry.

Beautiful device but overpriced for performance. The track pad is off centered. And it lifts up when opening one handed. Speakers are not the best. But display is gorgeous.

Bought this galaxy book and was excited to have a new laptop that I could use for work. However, I am very disappointed to see that this laptop has completely stopped working after less than 2 months since I purchased. Browser no longer loads let alone hold connection and now I can’t even sign in after attempting to reset, hopefully Samsung warranty will cover or replace since it’s passed Best Buy 1 month return period. I would be careful when purchasing online, if it’s not guaranteed new in store you could end up with a refurbished piece like I did, one that conveniently stops working after a month. Brought into geek squad to see if they could maybe fix it. Was very helpful when troubleshooting it however he could tell it was messed up after try to run internet diagnostic test compared to download speed to in store laptop. Might be out $1500 if I can’t figure out what’s wrong.
