Paper thin, weak, and slow

I bought this and it is the worst laptop I have ever had. Screen will crack from little to no pressure, it will get much worse quickly. At this point I’ve had it for less than a year and I can’t even get the computer to load a screen without freezing. Tried to warranty it but they are a pain to deal with and kept hanging up the line or disconnecting me when I was getting transferred. Spent over 3 hours trying to get through to someone and my only option was to send it in and in the meantime I’d have no computer for work. Overall super upset and it really ruined Samsung for me.

Returning!

I am usually quite pleased with Samsung products, however, I have had nothing but frustration getting this product set up and able to do what I want it to. Also, Microsoft overrides and commandeers parts of the set up, without prompting or asking while setting up. Ive had the unit screen go blue on me and say that an error occurred and a restart is needed, three times already, after doing nothing in particular to cause it. Each time I use it, I end up having to stop what I am doing out of frustration and come back later, only to have another problem occur. Each time, I think to myself, I jist need to return this product, which is what I will be doing.

It was my first Samsung experience and not going to be second! I connected Samsung customer agent and he connected my laptop (from India) couldn't do anything. Now my new laptop will be sent to NJ for repair. My new motto: Samsung is a regret!

I purchased this because screen on my Galaxy Book 2 cracked. I should've known better. Less than 1 month later this screen is cracked too. No rough handling, no drops, always use a laptop bag when I take it places. Never even know when/how the screen cracks because you can only see it when laptop is off. I can't believe I have to waste time moving all my data twice in one month, I will NEVER buy another Samsung laptop EVER.

Samsung has had no updates for this fix. The delay is related to input movement delays where the cursor keeps moving even when your finger stops moving on the trackpad. This makes it impossible to have accurate cursor placement. Makes using a mouse pretty much a requirement if you have any document work. Samsung says it functions as designed.

It Only works with wifi. I needed a strong internet connection and so I returned this unit. I was totally not impressed with it.

Slow WiFi Adapter- This laptop was showing WiFi speeds 10 times slower(20 mbps) than another laptop(Lenovo Yoga) sitting right beside. This laptop is currently priced $150 less than during the Thanksgiving week. That’s a drastic price drop in two weeks.

My track pad stopped working a month and a half in. Looked it up and its a common problem. Thank goodness I am in the holiday return period and am not stuck with it.

Call center hangs up on you when you ask for management. They keep giving me the run around "oh wait 5-7 days we will give you a refund" . BEST BUY USE TO BE AMAZING. So far the only thing that is a little different is the number key pad, certain keys are not in the usual spots as on a regular key pad.
