I needed a laptop for a multitude of reasons and after doing my research this one was the best one for me. Its light weight so you dont need to fear lugging around a heavy computer all day. It has all the benefits of a microsoft computer and allows me to multitask effortlessly. If you need something for work, school or even just your personal every day use then this is a great laptop for that.

Laptop is light weight, quick, and has an 10-key on the keyboard. The computer is great for Zoom meetings and has a very good talk to text feature that works on almost all applications.

Now he is my love. Beautiful, thin, light, silent. Touchscreen. The color of the picture is just superb. You will not regret it. I adore him.

LIGHTNING FAST!! I absolutely LOVE this laptop! I was so frustrated with my old laptop because it took forever to get it started, and then it took another eternity to open the internet and even documents that didn't require the internet. This laptop starts up immediately and I have no delays in opening programs or documents. I find that I am not dreading using the computer anymore, and I am probably spending MORE time on it than I probably should. The features are amazing, I love the multiple ways that I can position the screen, I just can't say enough about how much I love this laptop!

So easy to use! I was able to transfer my apps from my phone to my laptop. The screen has beautiful resolution and it is lightweight and easy to carry.

So far I am loving it! It's soooo much faster than my old computer and the screen is awesome. I went down in size for my screen but haven't had any issues.

I bought this for my son as an early graduation present and i can say in all honesty that its probably the best purchase i could have made for him. And its arguably a better computer than the '24 version that replaced it. Zippy as can be, hasn't had a hiccup or slowdown no matter what he or i have thrown at it. My only complaint is that at the full retail value it really should have come with an S Pen instead of having to buy it separately. But the Black Friday pricing more than covered the extra cost.

I haven't bought a new personal laptop since my 2008 Macbook Pro died 2 years ago. I've been doing most personal computing on Samsung Note (cellphone), then LG V60 (cellphone), then Samsung Galaxy s21 cell. I wanted to try out this laptop to join the Samsung ecosystem. Lol Upon startup, display is gorgeous. After all the updates, I was ready to dive in. With so many choices out there, this product was the one I kept coming back to. So happy I did! Thrilled that Bestbuy had this to purchase & pickup. Easy!! Speakers on this are pretty good for my needs -- which is the occasional YouTube video, streaming music & other content. Only 4 stars for now because I haven't had it long enough to give it a full 5 stars. Still getting to know the Samsung way. However, coming from apple, I am waaaay pleased so far.
