Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall really good when it comes to performance, display, speed, but for some reason when I am browsing on google chrome, watching YouTube, or something similar which shouldn't take too much power, the fans get really loud, and I mean REALLY loud with the laptop itself becoming really hot, and that's that I put the refresh rate at 60, lowered brightness, etc.

Fold over design is practical and beautiful. Display quality is beautiful and crystal clear. Jaw dropping 11 hour battery life. Best laptop I have ever owned.

A unregular loud noise occurs. The noise seems coming from the CPU fan touching something while rotating. Bestbuy suggested to call Samsung to repair. Called Samsung Customer Service. The service lady suggested my daughter to reinstall Windows system! Ridiculous! It's a hardware problem not software operating system issue!
