Customers are saying

Customers love the Galaxy Book3 Pro 360's stunning screen quality, lightweight design, and long battery life. Many appreciate its strong performance and ease of use. However, some users found the trackpad size and potential for the device to become warm during use to be less than ideal. A few also expressed a desire for more RAM and a more robust graphics card.

This was a long overdue change for me, from Macbook Air, and I've been thrilled so far. Speed, graphics, capacity are all amazing, thinness and materials very impressive. Links to my Galaxy phone were unexpected plusses. Might not be best choice for airline use, and I have to learn to use the mousepad and touchscreen, but otherwise wonderful.

Trying and testing out my first ever Samsung Galaxy Book3 360 has been a treat after owning it for over a week now. Its a great machine with many pros and of course I have a few gripes about it but overall, I am just impressed with its solid construction of its aluminum feel, the beautiful screen, and the latest Intel Gen 13th i7 processor and its speeds make it a excellent user experience. This is truly one of the lightest convertible laptops I have ever owned! First of all, the build/quality of this is so nice. The keyboard with number pad is excellent for business and the keys feel comfortable while typing. The Audio output is crisp and clear, better then my other laptop (and louder also), SAMSUNG's screen and customization layer deserve a 10/10. The colors are really impressive, the quality of the graphics and the adaptation of the screen to different tasks and programs. The customization layer is incredible, it makes it look like a high-end phone. I love that Samsung has taken care of the whole BIOS and encryption issue since manufacturing. I haven't had major problems with the OS that is Windows 11, other than a few minor bugs. I think it's an exquisite device in terms of hardware design and customization. The battery is decent, after using it on battery for personal web browsing and watching videos online, I was averaging around 8-10 hours before it alerted me at 20% that I needed to plug in the charger and it still had about a hour to two hours of juice left to keep me going if needed. The performance is very good except for the somewhat energy-demanding consumption, which is not exclusive to this device, but rather to the processor architecture. Also, gaming with the Intel Iris XE graphics is alright, I played a few older titles such as Skyrim, GTA IV, Just Cause 3, Call of Duty Black OPS 1 and they ran smooth with no issues what so ever but dont expect to play high demanding games to play very well, if at all. When using this Galaxy Book3 for the first time, Samsung has included their own bundled apps for Galaxy Phone users which I will go over the 3 of the apps: Quick Share - My oh my, it works very quick and great, however I dont see this feature being used much since most of us are accustomed to using Online cloud drives, USB flash drives, etc to bounce files around and there is not much other benefits here. Once you pair your Galaxy phone and book together along with your Samsung account, its a fast and seamless way of sharing files but its only going to benefit Samsung Galaxy owners/users. If you are looking at maybe purchasing this laptop and do not use or own a galaxy phone, then its not going to impact you at all, its just a nice extra bonus feature. Next up is Private Share - I will start off by saying, that this feature is dependent on your comfort level with keeping sensitive content on your phone or not, if you dont, I would skim this part but this app works and does good with my Galaxy paired phone, its safe and its a additional layer of security when transferring files from phone to the Galaxy Book3 or vice versa such as tax forms, confidential documents... anything that is sensitive and private, you can do so easily here without the worry of bouncing it to a online storage cloud or sending via a email attachment but its debatable if you should be really carrying around in your pocket or purse sensitive and confidential files on your phone in the first place but again private share is there if you need to use that app to securely transfer apps privately and securely from Book3 to Phone or vice versa. Saving the best for last... Multi-Screen!! This is really the best and neatest feature I been using. If you have the need to have two desktop screens, this will blow you away, but again be aware, this feature is dependent on if you have a Galaxy Tablet, but if you dont, then you wont get the maximum benefit out of it. But what this does, your able to expand your virtual workspace. You can have a Zoom meeting going on one screen while on the other screen, you can be browsing the web, reading emails on Outlook, etc. Multi screen erases having the need for a second portable display or multiple tabs running in a browser window. Overall, this Galaxy Book3 laptop/tablet is great, its not required by no means to have a Galaxy Phone/Tablet but it is a compliment (or you could also consider it a added bonus!) to have to get the full beneficial value out of the included installed apps of Private Share, Multi-Screen and Quick Share along with the other Samsung Bundled apps. Now my few gripes, I seen the pictures of the trackpad but once in my hands and seeing it with my own eyes for the first time, good grief, even my wife and my father was wide eyed when they seen it, its the biggest massive trackpad I have seen on any laptop! You can park a semi truck on this thing quite literally..... talking about probably 4-5 replica toy semi trucks. At first I was thrown off by it and actually 2nd guessing on getting this Galaxy Book3 but using it for a week now, its not as bad as I thought it would be but I find myself using my external mouse more then the trackpad. Now when im typing, my wrist and palm finds it self moving the arrow on the screen quite frequently and sometimes clicking on other windows thus, I have had to adjust how I type which is in a uncomfortable position so unfortunately, its not great for typing at long periods of a time. I felt like the trackpad could be smaller and the keyboard just a tad bigger but Samsung made this laptop stand out in its keyboard/trackpad appearance from other 2-1 laptop/tablets out there. Also, this thing is a fingerprint magnet, not bad bad but you can see them, surprisingly more on the keyboard (with the oils off the finger tips) then the trackpad which I feel like will wear the keys down quick overtime if typing a lot. The other disappointing thing about this Galaxy book3 which ultimately made it knock off a star rating for me is that its upgradability.... The memory is soldered in with no upgrade slots at all, so 16GB that comes in this, there is no upgrading that and memory standards with apps/programs and games keeps going up as years go by, in 5 years, 32GB maybe the minimum, thus, making newer apps/programs run sluggish on this possibly so keep that in mind, especially for the $1,699.99 sale price that is on this right now and no removable battery! I know this has been the standard for 5 or more years now but I work on PC's and phones and I have seen batteries swelling up that is built inside the PC, can we get back removable batteries? Especially since a lot of us users would be thankful to have especially if we want to keep our devices for long term usability instead of possible aging batteries exploding and risking damaging/destroying the device and injuring the person? Another feature I miss on PC's and laptops in general is a HDD/Wifi LED Indicator light, I know this is a debatable topic with many but having these two lights is crucial to me for lets say if this galaxy book3 were to stop responding or froze, at least I could see if the SSD LED is blinking, another thing is if my WIFI is currently sending/receiving data, I would like for a blink or active light or something. To sum it up, if you are deep into the Samsung Ecosystem, owning galaxy phones, tablets, and what nots, then this is a great choice but if you do not own any samsung devices and you are considering this, I would get it but possibly look for a good sale as you wont be using much of the features, if at all bundled with it but again, I will iterate that if you get this regardless of owning samsung devices or not, it is FAST!, responsive, and the build/quality and feel along with the display is beautifully well done. It will browse the web, use it for CAD, Adobe products such as Photoshop, Premier, Lightroom and it will tackle those like its nothing while adding that you can multi-task with what I mentioned and more all at the same time.

While this is a very nice laptop i noticed within the first week of buying that it would overheat rather quickly and stay hot. The battery is not very long lasting but it could be due to powering the OLED screen. I planed on using it for graphic design and liked the touchscreen aspect and the worker told me it woukd just run "a little slower" than what laptops with designated RAM do but this was much slower almost crashing immediately. Ultimately a nice laptop just wasnt for what i needed!

I am a very indecisive person, so that they can truly advise me, they have to know why it depends on whether I make the purchase. And I was truly advised, I got what I wanted, today I am satisfied because the characteristics of what I bought meet my needs. They did not sell me or advise me. happy with Best Buy

My second Samsung 2-in-1 book. I find both are buggy to start, but the last one balanced out with updates. Lets hope this one does too. Image is incredible, speakers bolster much better than my Galaxy Flex Book, and the 120 refresh rate makes this computer FEEL fast.
