I was assured that I’d receive brand-new laptops, not refurbished ones. However, the first laptop wouldn’t connect to the internet at all, despite my excellent internet connection. The second laptop had audio issues, which nearly cost me my job. It was my first day with my manager, and he had to delay my training by another week be of audio and connection issues, missing both my orientation and the training session. Due to internet inconnectivity like the previous one. Finally, the third laptop worked correctly—guess third time’s is still a charm.

The first thing to do when you are having difficulty connecting to the internet is make sure your modem and router are working properly. Reset your modem and router according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Then check out, "Cannot connect Samsung PC to internet" to conduct some troubleshooting steps on your device to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your connectivity. If the sound on your Samsung PC is distorted or scratchy, you can try fixing it by adjusting the volume or checking if updates are available. Keep in mind that this also depends on the type of sounds or music you’re listening to. Also check out, "Sound from Samsung PC is distorted or scratchy" when you have the time to troubleshoot your audio quality. User friendly with video guide on how to set up. Overall i really like it and it does what I need it to.

The delivery is a bit problematic because the delivery guy did not run the doorbell but left the box propped against the door so I went to open the door I had to grab it for it fell down.

NOT THE COMPUTER PURCHASED. Very misleading and crooked. I was given an offer of $260 dollars for my HP Envy laptop. This included an additional $50 bonus being I am a Best Buy member. Low and behold I was given $0. And by the time this was established my 15 day time was up on being able to return the new one. Best buy said the processor in my laptop was different than the spec that was entered in when the transaction was done. The best buy website auto populated the model when entering it, assuming it pulled it from when I purchased it from them. But evidently not. My bad I guess for assuming, but best buy did nothing to prove that it was my error. My trade in was sent back to me and I didn't even get the $50 for the attempt. I will no longer shop Best Buy exclusively like I have done for many years now. Good riddance.
