Great laptop! Light weight, well made and the speed is amazing! I'm using it for work. I very pleased with the purchase! So portable and yet feels sturdy when your reaching for it do some work or a zoom meeting! Note: I read one review about the keys for the calculator on Samsung are slightly arranged different? I haven't noticed much difference and it hasn't slowed me down in the least! If your looking for a laptop Samsung is worth a look! Also I like the backlighted keys! So proceed with caution, make sure you glue down your toupe or clamped down your wigs because this thing is fast! I highly recommend!

This laptop is quite useful, but there isn't anything too special about it. It is quite fast, the battery life is long, and it is surprisingly light for its size, which makes it quite nice. Although a problem I have come across is that the fingerprint sensor rarely recognizes me, but other than that the computer is a great for those with a tight budget.

Love the no hassle buy with BB the help is the greatest. I love this computer it is fast. It has a lighted key board that is easy to use. The set up is fast and seamless. I prefer Intel over AMD. I like the 16GB or the 8GM. It's perfect for Seniors or anyone. I went from a Dell 17 screen to 15 1/2 Do not regret it. Look for BB sells every week. I bought on sale. They won't do you wrong.

Light weight. Portable. Doesn't have a brick charger. Just fast enough to do what I need. The perfect amount of RAM, and on sale, too - for $650 as of writing this. I just bought this laptop today and I like it quite a bit. It has a backlit keyboard, isn't OLED (doesn't need to be), speakers are perfect, and multitasks well. I'm not the biggest fan of Windows, but I was willing to compromise for this. Was ready within an hour thanks to Best Buy's store pickup option. It's a great entry level laptop, if you don't need the most powerful one on the market.

I am pleased with my purchase. I am still getting to know the computer in it's entirety but I am loving it so far. The battery can drain quickly when playing games but otherwise the battery is great. The computer will also get hot and underneath if you play games, but if all you are doing is writing, research, and listening to music then heat isn't an issue (I haven't watched any movies or shows on it so I can't give an opinion on that). I enjoy using the keyboard, it's backlit and smooth keys for typing. The display is beautifully vibrant but may glare in the sun, I haven't tried using it near a window or outside yet. This computer would be great for writing, everyday research, listening to music on spotify, and light gaming. That's what I haved used it for so far and it's been amazing!

Amazing laptop easy to use thing lightweight and very fast battery last for ever I can use it all day and still have battery the next day. Graphics look good and I would totally recommned. I love it.

I bought this laptop for a non-profit I am on the board of directors for. The set up was very easy and I am enjoying how lightweight, fast and easy to use it is. Nothing to complain about so far!

I am really enjoying my new Samsung laptop. I have had it for a couple of months now, and I am amazed at how long the battery lasts. It lasts much longer than any laptop I’ve previously owned. Also, one of the reasons I bought it is because with less ports on most new laptops, this one has a number of necessary ports, including an ethernet port, HDMI, I two USB-C, two USB-A, micro SD, and a slot for a locking security cable. With a Core 7 processor and 16 gb of ram, the price was good. I’m very pleased with its performance.

Got this on sale, and i cant recomend it enough. Very thin, and being able to charge with USB C is a plus. battery life is insane, and handles light steam games with a breeze. Super impressed with the new Intel chip inside this. also, i had the Original galaxy book prior, and the keyboard had a bad clicking noise. these are much softer and subtle. There is no other contender in this price range with these specs.

Ordered, shipped and received on time with ease. I have just started setting up. I am trying to get use to the layout as it is quite different from my old (12 years) laptop. It seems much faster, lighter and better built than my old one. Would probably buy again.

A decent laptop for decent price. Good - Get it during a deal, don't pay full price. RAM 16 gb does the job, boot time is good Intel 7 is pretty good for anything serious, but not for heavy lift like Video editing, or gaming Not so good - (IMO) If you want touch screen, this is not for you, I prefer non touch Definitely on the slower side for graphics card Expensive if you paid full price! Overall - no complaints, but doesn't have the wow factor!

Bought for my mom, who is going back to college to earn her degree at nearly 60 years old and needed a new computer. Her previous laptop was the original Surface Pro, which was *fine* but was definitely showing signs of age, and was relatively small in terms of the display. As an upgrade, this is everything she was looking for. It works really well for her purposes; boot is so fast that she thought it wasn't shutting itself down, the programs for her classes load very quickly and don't lag, and she's been streaming movies with no issue. I also installed a few simple games for her, since she loves puzzle games, and I feel like anything that could be run on a phone would have little issue running on this laptop. Unsure about anything more demanding. As a bonus, the keyboard partially lights up, which helps her see the keys when it's dark. For me this wouldn't be a must-have feature, but for my mom it seemed important.

Great specs especially the fast 150u Core7. Only 3.5 lbs. and a backlit keyboard this is a great buy on sale. Not for serious gaming but handles everything else with ease.
