I am happy with the laptop in general. I was most impressed with the salesperson that sold it to me. He was well informed, polite and helpful. The sales person that helped me that day should be given a raise. I have had know-it-all geek sales persons at Best Buy before and I had resolved to never go into one again. I was talked into trying Best Buy again and was very happy with both the product and service. I guess it is hit or miss. Arrogance is not a good trait in your sales team.

It's an awesome laptop, it is fast and looks amazing

I've only had it for a few weeks but love the clear and crisp screen. Very fast processor. Love the backlit key board. Being a Samsung phone owner, I like that I can syc the two. Like how you just open it and it automatically turns on. No need to press the power button. I give this note book the thumbs up for the average to moderate user.

Laptop works as advertised. I applied for your credit card as it advertised 10% off, including on the current days purchase. The 10 % was not applied to the purchase. It's for future purchases according to customer support. Canceled card and closed account. Deceptive!!! Probably will not buy again from Best Buy

This laptop is sleek, light, and very functional. I used it towards the end of graduate program for classes, school work, and recording videos. The camera is not great though

I bought this to keep my records straight and to be more portable. Living in Florida, with all our wonderful storms, you want to be able to take your important things with you quickly. But, I have to say that this little computer is amazing. It's fast, light, and gets the job done. It was very affordable and I highly recommend it.

So far, I haven't had much of a problem with the laptop itself. It's the quality of the materials that disappoints me so much. Within a week, I found a hard black rubber thing on my bedroom floor that I couldn't identify. It turns out, it's one of the feet that goes under the laptop. It just fell off on it's own, from just sitting on my bed.. Then, the edge that goes around the screen is very thin and a little loose. I'm praying that this laptop will last a year before the screen detaches and it falls apart. At first I thought this must be a counterfeit, because I have purchased counterfeit TV's, but Samsung registered it, so I have to assume it's genuine. It's strange though, because the first person I spoke to said that that was NOT the serial numbers for their laptops. Then, they put me through to someone that said it was. The reason I was talking to them, was because I tried to register it online and it wouldn't let me, because my serial numbers were LONGER than what it said they were supposed to be. They never did explain that to me. So, I still don't know if I was sold an original Samsung Galaxy Book 4 computer or if it's a counterfeit or clone. The 1st person I spoke to said that was a serial number on one of the OLDER Galaxy Models. WHAT?? For the money I spent, I sure hope it's not a counterfeit. Samsung should be building better computers that don't start falling apart as soon as they are shipped to you. The one thing I do like about this, is the lighted keyboard, but I would not recommend this unit.

I am very pleased with this laptop, I got it set up in no time and have been using it daily. Very impressed with the speed, almost no lag. I would purchase again!

Very Good Laptop, the aluminum body is a huge selling point for me, had dell, the plastic body / hinge area broke twice in a year n half of owning it from new only down fall, as with all brands, they load you up with all their programs that i don't need or want, so i spend time deleting them the power cord is a good improvement C type seems a lot lighter in weight then the dell also.

I recently purchased a Samsung laptop from Best Buy, and I’m very impressed. The performance is fast, handling multitasking with ease, and the display is sharp and vibrant. It’s lightweight and portable, perfect for work and travel. Best Buy’s customer service and delivery were excellent. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my laptop. The laptop works perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and performance. The screen resolution is beautiful and the amount of files it can handle makes this experience worth it.

I bought this laptop strictly for writing and doing other work. I think it's great for doing just that. I haven't tried watching any shows on it or anything else, but with the i7 it definitely helps the laptop run faster and I appreciate that.

Setup prompts were excellent. Very fast response time. I needed a few more USB ports; so purchased a USB expander. The charger location is only on the left side of the laptop, so will probably use a converter connector, I have to look for that type of device as of now.
